             Teasing The Alpha Chapter Ten: Submissive Soldier 

            I walked out of Kaden's bedroom and I paused in the hallway as all of my memories came back to me like a tidal wave-

            “Do you see this Athena?” Tears ran down my face as I watched as they tortured my parents.

            “Why are you doing this!” My voice came out broken, which only seemed to make him smile more. He walked over to me, his hand running down the side of my face as he stared into my eyes.

            “Your parent’s are weak Athena. They submitted to me just like you will one day, because just like them you will grow weak, and just like them I will kill you.....Very slowly.” I stared at him wide eyed as he backed away from me with an evil smile on his face.

            “Alpha? Are you okay?” I snapped out of my memories as Kim stopped walking and looked at me with worry in her eyes.

            “Yes Kim, Just thinking.” She nodded her head and continued to walk by me. I forced myself to walk back outside to where all of the fighters should still be training hoping that I could stay out of my own mind for a while.

            “Your back early, I figured I wouldn't see you for the rest of the night.” I looked at Tyson as he spoke to me, he kept his eyes focused on the fighters and didn't bother to look at me.

            “I submitted to him.” It came out as a whisper, but the second Tyson heard it his head snapped over to look at me.

            “Everyone go ahead and take a break, we will continue tomorrow!” Tyson yelled to everyone before he grabbed my hand and drug me through the house to my office. I fell back into my chair but Tyson stayed standing, he paced back and forth in front of my desk with his hands on top of his head.

            “Doe's he know what he did?” I shook my head no.

            “So Kaden just thinks that it is no big deal that he made an alpha submit to him? Is he completely stupid!” Tyson more yelled than asked.

            “Damian is right Tyson, I'm weak like my parents were. I submitted to Kaden, and when Damian attacks I will submit to him.” I put my head in my hands as my wolf stirred inside me. She doubted our talent just like I was.

            “Annie don't do this to me, you can’t shrink into your head and block us all out again. We survived without you for a year, but we barely made it.” Tyson told me, as he looked me in the eyes.

            “I’m weak Tyson, I can’t keep a clear mind when all I want to do is jump Kaden.”

            “Then stop being such a hard ass and let him mark you. Athena you know mating with him will only make you both stronger, maybe he is the thing that your parents ever thought about.” I raised my eyebrow at Tyson and let him continue.

            “Think about it, that journal was written when we were still teenagers. They had no reason to be thinking about you meeting your mate, and now that you have it changes everything. Your wolf won’t just accept the fact that she will never see her mate again. The closer you get to Kaden the more you both will have to fight for.” I shook my head and stood up walking to my office door.

“Kaden is what is making me weak, I’m not going to just mate with him I wont loose someone else I love.” I didn’t look at Tyson as I spoke softly.
