Tobias's POV:
I wake up the next morning around 9:30 and go take a shower. After I put on dark jeans with a brown belt, a black V-neck T-shirt and tuck it in part of it in my belt to show off the buckle. Then I put on my black converses. By the time I'm done its 9:50 and Zeke is waking up.
"What time is it?!" Zeke groans still half asleep.
"9:50" I reply.
"Why are you up so early?!" He groans again holding out the 'so'.
"Because that's normal, why are you up so late?!" I say copying his 'so'.
Zeke groans and hides under his covers so I go to get breakfast.
When I get to there I see Tris she is wearing green sweatpants and a yellow sweat shirt. I ask to sit with her she agrees.
"So what can I get you two cuties to eat?" The waitress ask.
"Uh well we're just friends and I'll have the Amity Waffles with a glass of Orange Juice please" Tris says. Does she not like me? Does she want to stay in the 'friends zone'? Is she going through a breakup? All these questions go through my head then I give her my order.
"I'll have the Dauntless Cake Pancakes and can I have a glass of Apple Juice" I say.
"Sure thing I'll be right back" the waitress says.
"So what brings you to Divergent High?" Tris asks.
"To get away from my Dad, Marcus, and my step mom, Jeanie." (Yes it us supposed to be Jeanine Matthews) "You?!" I say.
"Same except my mom, dad, and some what my brother, Caleb. My parents are very selfless and so we they are also very strict. And my brother also wanted to get away, he is at Erudite High" she replies.
"Oh well I don't have any siblings and my mother is dead."
"Oh I'm so sorry Four! How did she die?!" She ask with a concerned look in her eyes and a concerned tone in her voice.
I'm supposed to say Cancer took her life but really my dad is the cause of it. He abuses me and also did to her. She either died from injuries or suicide. "Cancer, Heart Cancer took her life." I say.
"Oh well I'm sorry for your lose. "
The moment is awkward until are food arrives. We eat in little silence and only have small talk till we get ready to leave.
We walk around campus for a little while talking and getting to know each other then are friends call so we head back.
