Chapter 4

Marks POV:

Everyone was frozen. Jack was on the floor crying while Everyone was muttering about what happened.

"S-she saved me.." Jack stutters. "S-she... Helped us all." Tuump says lowering her head.

My eyes started to water. "No..." I whisper and cover my face with my hands.

"Wait so... S-she's gone..? Like... She didn't wake up? She's...." Blermf says but Buries her head into her hoodie before she finished and stared to cry. Flampt hugged her trying to give comfort. But They too, were bawling.

"Now because of her... We actually have a chance of defeating Anti and Dark... She sacrificed herself because none of us were brave enough to help..." Doop says. This was the first time, I've ever actually seen him care for someone.

I felt Tuump put her hand on my shoulder as my head was still buried into my hands. At least I wasn't the only one sobbing...

Jack slowly got up and wiped his eyes. "*Sniff* We need to prepare ourselves. This may be our biggest battle yet. Y/N would want us to move on..."

I slowly raise my head. "Ya... Jacks right. We need to use every chance we have to be able to train. SO. Let's turn on those lights and get moving."

Everyone scatters around. But Tuump and her team stood there motionless. They look at me sadly.

I couldn't bare to make eye contact. "That means you guys too..." I whisper. They lower there heads and slowly trudge off.

Jack puts his hand on my shoulder and patted me. "It'll be ok Mark..." He whispers. I don't respond . Jack sighs and looks away. "I'll give you some time."

I still didn't move but I felt Jack walk away to go meet up with his groups.
I sighed.

Oh Y/N... I'm so sorry... I'm the one that should've gone... But I had to stay to keep the portal alive... Fuck... I miss you so much... I wish I knew where you were so I could bring you back... I will fight for you though. I will fight for everyone on this hub. Even for the ones who aren't...

I just wish I could've told you....

Blarmfs POV:

I wake up to the sun blinding me. "I was wondering when I was going to
Wake up..." I mutter.

I'm happy today is the weekend. It means I can relax for the day and get prepared for the battle tonight.

Now last night... Was the worst dream of my entire life... I can't believe we lost Y/N. Did she even wake up? Is she still in there? Is she trapped? Is she being controlled? Can we help her!?

I Have so many questions.... With no answers. I slump onto my desk chair and start to watch some YouTube.

"I doubt Mark will post today..." I mutter to myself. "Jack might though..." I say and click onto his channel. He did have a new video.

"What? 'Taking a break from YouTube for a little bit'!?" I read aloud and watch the video.

"Shoot... Now both of my favourite YouTubers aren't going to post anything... I guess I could watch some of their old videos."

I basically stayed in bed all day until I got a message from the group chat.

Flampt: anyone else worrying there ass off?
Tuump: at least now I know I'm not the only one.
Blermf: did you guys see Jacks video??
Wefubu: basically as soon as he posted it... So sad. Right?
Flampt: what? He has posted a video?
Doop: go watch it.
T: I can't believe everything.... It just has...happened so quickly.
W: ya.... Poor Mark. I always knew he had feelings for Y/N.
T: what!?
D: bro did you not know that? XD it's so obvious that she likes him back.
B: I'm scared for tonight... I feel like Dark and Anti are much stronger then before.
W: it'll be ok. We're a team! We've trapped Dark before.
F: but not Anti.
T: and there'll be 2 of them!
W: I'm trying to be inspirational guys.
D: lol.
B: I gotta go guys. My mom is calling me.
F: okie, by little kid😂
B: for what feels like the MILLIONTH TIME I'm only 14! I'm not that much younger.
D: uh huh. Sure XD
T: lol. C ya blermf.

I turn off my phone and go downstairs.

I ignored my mom complaining to me about dad as my mind wandered.

I'll protect my friends. I can't loose another one of them... I'll be there for them. They matter the most. But....

*TIME SKIP EEEEE*

It was 11:00 pm. I've been dreading going to sleep all day.

I shut out the light and prepared myself. "Let's do this..."

There was actually a line up for the weapon shop. I've never seen So much pink and green in my life...

Mark was watching from the other side of the room with Jack. He didn't look so bad anymore. He just looked.... Expressionless...

"Blermf!" I hear Flampts voice. I turn around and I see Flampt giving me a hug. I hug them back.

"Feeling any better?" They ask. I shake my head. "Nope. You?" They shake their head. "Not really. I'm kinda scared for our battle today. Don't tell Doop that I'm scared though." They say. I chuckle.

"Hey guys." Wefubu says walking up. I wave politely. "Hey Wefubu!"

Soon, Tuump and Doop arrive as well. Tuump glances at Mark. "Do you think we should talk to him?" She whispers.

Wefubu shakes her head. "No, I think we should just- "TUUMPS TEAM." We here Mark shout. We turned around surprised.

He signalled us to come over. We slowly got towards him. "Ya Mark?" I say.

"Just remember to get a lot of ultra balls. They will come in handy. And Tuump, try and control you're lightning storm a bit more. You almost Zapped Doop last time."

"I still don't think it was an accident." Doop mutters. Tuump rolls her eyes.

"That's all. You should go back to training." He says. We all hesitated before turning around and waking away.

"Wtf was that!?" Flampt says confused. "It was like he had no emotions... He's trying I hide that he's really depressed right now..." I whisper.

"How do you know that?" Tuump asked. "Because that's what I used to do." I mutter.

We separate to go train and I stuck with Tuump. "Hey, is Jack walking towards us?" Tuump questions. We freeze and turn around.

Seán WAS walking towards us. "Hey Jack." I greet him. He nods. "Hey guys. Sorry for Mark. He'll be back to normal soon. He's just putting a lot of pressure on himself."

"Is Dark getting to him??" I ask worriedly. "No. Thank god he's not in Mark right now. Or else Mark would've turned into Dark. And that means he wouldn't be able to help us." Jack explains.

I sigh. "Ok. Ready for battle?" I ask him. "Pfft. Only born ready." He smirks. We chuckle.

All of the sudden, the lights burnt out. "THEY'RE HERE." I here Mark call out. "GET INTO POSITIONS!" Jack shouts along.

Everyone rushes out of the rooms and stood behind Jack and Mark. Along with us beside him.

"You guys ready!?" Tuump shouts. "HELL YA."

"Then let's end this."

A/N:

I think I'm gonna start making the chapters a little bit shorter.

I'm ending up writing 2-3 chapters a day and I need a break!!

My hand is starting to hurt XD
