Chapter 3

( Hii. I've decided that every other chapter will be a flashback 'chapter' and every other will be from present day. I want people to see flashbacks and i'm eager to write them. Also, happy new year to everyone ! Let's hope the next year will be a m a z i n g. love you all ! )

It had been few days since when Embry had confessed to Arianna that he remembered everything, everything about how Arianna was really Paul's imprint and not Jacob's older sister Rachel and how Arianna had saved everyone with her powers when a dangerous threat had been upon on all of them, the quileutes, the shapeshifters, the vampires and people from Forks. It was safe to say that Arianna was confused beyond imagination, confused about how Embry seemed to be the only one who remembered everything. Maybe it was because of the fact that Arianna used to be best friends with him, or the fact that when Arianna had plasted her special ability, Embry had been near, maybe the shield ability she had copied from Bella years ago had been why Embry rememebered everything, maybe she unintentionally had shielded him, making him save and to remember everything. She wasn't sure what it was, but she was going to find out.

It was exactly for that reason why Arianna was sitting in the small and cozy livingroom of the Call family at the reservation, near the small river where Embry alongside with Quil, Arianna and Jacob used to swim at as kids. She missed being a kid, she missed those times when she didn't need to care about anything other than if her virtual pet would survive. Everything was a lot easier and more innocent when you were a kid. And now she was soon to be a mother to Paul's baby, not that he knew or remembered any of it of course. She couldn't exactly tell him either cause she knew he would think she was either crazy or out there to annoy him if she would go over to him and be all "yo Paul, i'm pregnant and you are the father" the changes were that he would most likely wolf out on her, feeling pissed of the fact she was telling lies.

As she felt a hand on her shoulder, Arianna quickly snapped out of her thoughts and blinked her eyes, glancing over to Embry "Sorry, i dozed off" She said as faint chuckle escaped from her lips "It's good. I don't exactly blame you for dozing off" Embry confessed while handing her a cup of decaf coffee "It's decaf coffee. Mom had some and i fugured it would be better for you and the baby" Embry explained and smiled at her. Arianna smiled at Embry while taking the cup from him "Thank you. That's very thoughtful of you" She stated and ruffled his short jet black hairs before taking a small sip from the cup of coffee "Gotta say, i miss the real coffee, not that this is bad, but nothing can't beat real coffee" Arianna announced and chuckled, her words making a small smirk appear onto the lips of Embry "Amen to that" Embry stated while taking a sip of his own cup of coffee "It must suck that you don't get to drink alcohol either" Embry added while placing the cup of coffee on the small table that was in front of the couch.

"It's not so bad. I really didn't drink anyway. Well sometimes, but it was tad hard drinking, especially with my dad being the town's Sheriff and all" Arianna said and shook her head in amusement "Right. That must have been..awkward if he would have busted you for underage drinking" Embry whispered and grinned at her, his words making Arianna to laugh "Well i have been arrested once, but not by him" Arianna added and began to thought of the incident that had caused her to be arrested by the Deputy Jones of her father's Sheriff's department. Arianna noticed Embry watching her with his eyes wide and small smirk appeared on her lips "I didn't do anything bad. Well..it depends. I might have..punched a bully who was making fun of my friend Angela when we were at Carver's cafe. Unfortunately the deputy was there and he arrested me" Arianna said, chuckling faintly "I never told that to Paul. He probably would have paid the deputy a visit" She added, her words making Embry to snort "He so would have done that. I'm pretty sure of it" Embry added which made Arianna to chuckle faintly.
