(Author's Note)
Let's face it, people rarely read the author's note. Okay, first of all, I'm sorry I rarely publish the chapters. This has been a very rough year, and school is starting soon. Second, this is an alternate universe where Tord quit the Red Army just to stay loyal to his friends.
(Matt's POV)
"FINALLY!"
Edd screamed while I entered the house with Tord following from behind.
"What? Why?" I asked.
Edd walked over to the couch and sat on it.
"We finished carrying all the boxes."
With this, I replied, "Oh, joy! Can I show (Y/n) my novelty toy collection now?"
Edd held up a finger at me.
"No, not yet, Matt. Tord and Tom have to introduce themselves. Let's make her at least know their names."
Right after Edd finished his sentence, Tom and (Y/n) walked out of the kitchen.
"What's with all the ruckus?"
(Y/n) questioned.
(Tord's POV)
"Ah! Right on time! (Y/N), you already know me, Edd, and your brother, Matt. "
(Y/N) nods at his statement.
Edd cleared his voice a bit, then said,
"So, this is Tord,- and this is Tom,"
He points to me and Tom.
"I'm (y/n). Thanks for having me."
There again, she smiled politely. I wonder... does she ever get angry? If so, then is there a button I could push that would make her go over the edge?
TIME SKIP~
(Y/N's POV)
It was time to sleep. Obviously, I shared a room with Matt since he's my brother. Edd had put a mattress in the room and left while yawning.
Matt wasn't in the room, so I decided to change into my pyjamas.
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
Someone knocked on the door, I was startled but nonetheless quickly put on my clothes.
After that, I opened the door to see who it was.
Tom.
"Err, hey. Edd told me to give you these."
He handed me a blanket with two pillows.
I blinked and stared at it for a second, then looked at Tom.
"Thanks."
I took the items from his hands and accidentally brushed my hands against his.
I nearly flinched, but I pretended to act cool. Tom didn't realize, though, I'm pretty sure he was kinda drunk.
After Tom left, Matt entered the room, and we both caught up for a while.
It was nice.
