"Where's your camera?" May said as Finn sat down next to her.
"Um, it got wounded up into a million, trillion pieces." He said looking at May, "But I got a new one."
Far away from them, Skyler and Hunter are also having their conversation.
May got up, ran her finger into the bottom of Finn's shirt, and then reach for the camera. Finn's mouth dropped open, he couldn't believe what had just happened. This nice girl would do something like that?
"Here," May said, looking at Finn with the puppy look, "Use this to film me."
Finn was still shocked, but also kind of happy.
He wasn't able to hold his smile back.
"Oh, okay. Umm, yeah. Like, sure." Finn looked around, "doing what?"
"What? Don't you like the new me?" May's face turned from smile to no expression.
Finn tried to figure out what her face was saying, but it was hard.
"Hunter does," May turned to look at Hunter who's talking to Skyler, " Don't you, Hunter?"
Hunter and Skyler both looked at May.
Then May turned to look at Finn. Again, it was the green light in her eyes, the same green light glowing in her necklace at the night when the accident happened.
It was what kept her alive.
Finn is still filming May, but he didn't know what is happening.
May started breathing hard, and Finn was getting scared by the way she looked. May never looked like this before.
"Are... Are those contacts?" Finn asked.
May's head faced down to look at the ground. She shook her head, like she's trying to get something out of her head. And then she looked up, smoothed her hair away from her face.
"What?..." May asked. And then she felt like she's having a headache. She felt like she's about to die, her head is about to explode.
"May, are you okay?" Finn asked.
Then May looked up, her eyes glowing green. In a tone that sounded like a beast, she yelled, "What do you mean?!"
"You're acting kinna weird. Your dress, what you did, and..." Finn said, looking at her like she's a monster, "...Your eyes."
May was mad and stood up, "So Skyler gets to dress how she wants and hang all over guys in public, but when I do it it's weird?!"
Behind her, Hunter's face turned red and angry and he walked away from Skyler.
"May, what the hell is wrong with you?" Hunter asked.
"Well, it's just the life I got from you." She replied.
Hunter looked around like a mouse looking out for danger.
"Scared, pathetic, lonely. Trying so hard to not let people see how screwed up I really am."
"May," Finn stood up, he tried to smile, "This isn't you."
"Isn't it?" She looked at Finn, "I see ya', I see all of you. But none of you have ever seen me!"
The four friends all looked at each other.
"GET OUT! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!" May yelled in a husky but high-pitched voice that can only come from a demon...
