Breanna's POV:
I looked over at Noah not knowing what to say, either way I might die. If we didn't stay together I would not trust myself, I might just take my own life. But if I stay with Noah the person that sent the death threat might just come after me.
" I don't know" I said, my voice baraly coming out a whisper. I felt the tears begin to colect my eyes.
"Breanna, don't cry, please don't cry" Noah begged. I could hear him trying to hold back the tears, and that made me loose it again. " Come here" he whispered to me. I walked over to him and sat on his lap. His strong arms wrapped around my thin body, pulling me closer to him. I felt his tears land on my shirt, as mine fell onto his.
"I don't want to let you go, I can't let you go Bre" he whispered into my ear.
" Then don't " I said looking into his eyes. His tears slowly dripped down his face.
" But I can't let you die, I guess if you love someone you have to set them free" He said. "I love you Breanna, but I have to let you go. You can't die"
"Have you ever thought of what I might do after though?" I asked. " I don't know if I ever told you this but after Tyler took his life I tried to take my own. And I'm scared that might happen again" I said.
" Oh Breanna, I'm sorry. What do you want to do?" He asked me again.
" I want us to stay together, so atleast if I die, I'll die happy." I said
"Okay, then we will stay together. I just want you to know I love you no matter what." Noah said kissing my forhead.
" I love you too,my prince" I said smiling. Noah kissed me, before pulling me into a hug.
" Come on, I want to show you something." Noah said. We both stood up and walked down the side walk before walking into a foresty part of the park. After walking for a little while, there was a clearing. You could see the sun set over the beautiful lake, I didn't know existed., and a cave to our right. I walked over to the water. The chill of winter was just baraly hitting, but it was enought to make me shiver.
"Hold on all be right back" Noah said walking into the cave. He came back with a sleeping bag and a blanket. He unziped the sleeping bag, and sat down on it. I sat next to him, and he wrapped the blanket around us.
" Sometimes I come out here to clear my head, it's normaly when I'm upset. It just clears my head of all the bad stuff and lets me be happy. I've spent the night out hear quite a few times also, mostly right after my dad passed away."
"It's so pretty out here" I commented. " It's like the rest of the world doesn't exist, just you and me. " I said. I leaned my head on his shoulder, his arm wrapped around me.
"So I've met your mom, but you never talk about your dad." Noah comments.
" Theres not much to talk about, he left my mom and I when I was about eight. We stayed in touch for about three years, and eventualy we had this big fight after me deciding I didn't want to go to Indiana one year because I wanted to dance. He hasn't called me since, or even bothered to contact me in anyway. The last I heard he was married, he married some girl he knew in high school, and got her pregnate. So he might aswell be dead." I said
" Oh I'm sorry, for bringing it up." He said.
We sat in a comfertable silence for awhile, before Noah spoke up, " I should probly go home, I'm sure my mom is worried sick about me."
" Oh, yeah, I guess so." I say trying to force a smile. My mom left for her buisness trip yesterday, so I wouldn't see her for another few months.
We stood up and walked out of the forest, back into the real world.
" Why don't you come over for dinner, and we can watch a movie." Noah suggested.
" I'd like that, but we have school tomorrow" I said.
We walked down the street to Noah's house, and as I walked into the house I was met by the aroma of food.
" Breanna!" Katy exclamied running over to me. Her small arms wrapped around my legs.
"Hey!" I said squating down to her level giving her a hug.
" Are you here for dinner?" She asked her eyes gleaming with excitement.
" Yeah, and then I think Noah and I are gonna watch a movie." I say.
" Can I tell you a secret?" I nod yes, "Noah told me that he loves you." She wispers into my ear.
" Oh did he?" I asked looking at Noah who was now sitting on the couch. She nodded yes. I stood up and walked over to Noah. I cuddled into his side, and his his mom yelled saying that dinner was ready.
"Stay here." Noah said walking into the kitchen. A few minutes later he walked out of the kitchen and sat next to me. Charlet, Emily, and Katy followed behind.
We sat in a silence for a little while, before Charlet stood up, walked into her room and walked back into the living room with a present in her arms. She stoped in front of Noah and handed him the present.
"Mom what's this for?" He asked.
"Just open it" she responded. He opened the box and looked up confused. He held up a minotaur jacket. I smiled hoping he might catch on. " You were accepted to PointRidge" Charlet said.
Noah smiled at me, " We go to school together." He said. " Do you have my schedule yet?" He asked his mom. She nodded and handed him a sheet of paper. He then handed the piece of paper to me.
"We have Honors English, Honors History, Honors Biology, and Lunch together." I say smiling at him.
" I can't wait for tomorrow" He said pulling me into a hug.
