"Meeting adjourned."ani ko.
Nandito ako ngayon sa office ko. After a long and tiring meeting. Kanina pa kong nagiisip kung paano ako magpapapanisin sa isang lalaking hindi ko naman talaga kilala. Yes, I know that he's a doctor in one of the prestigious hospitals here in the country, but it ends there. I know nothing at all.
"Ma'am may nagpapabigay po."one of my intern said.
She's holding a bunch of flowers with aromatic scent. Sa totoo lang hindi ko alam kung sinong nagpapadala nito. It all started last week and I don't even care about it. Kailangan ko munang magisip ng paraan para magpapansin sa doctor na yun.
"Sige, pakitapon na lang niyan."sabi ko sa kanya. Kakikitaan ng panghihinayang at pagtataka ang mukha niya ngunit sinunod niya rin naman ako kase lahat naman ng pinapadala sakin ng hindi ko naman kilala ay pinapatapon ko na agad. Baka mamaya may bomba pa yun. To think that election had just started.
"A penny for your thoughts?" Keyhara asked me in the middle of the night. We're in a club trying to figure out what to do with my problem. She's my best friend and I trust her no matter what. I asked her if she's free tonight to talk about this bullsh*t my brother's trying to pull out.

I don't really know what to do and this thinking is making the hell out of me exhausted. I just want to drown myself into liquor and swim deeper to find a chest.
"Another martini, please." As I told the bartender.

She simply sighed because I know she understands me and my situation. Ngayon na nga lang ulit ako iinom pagkatapos kong ma-assigned bilang CEO ng kompanya namin. Ni hindi ko nga rin alam kung bakit pumayag papa na hindi si kuya ang magmanage ng kumpanya to think na siya ang panganay.Also, ako ang nag-iisang babae na apo nila. I have lots and lots of cousins but hell, they're all boys. And boys and their things really complicates everything but I really love those boys because they treasure me and spoil me a lot.But I guess papa let it go because abuelo has nothing to do with this. I mean it's abuela's thing. Kung sa pamilya ni abuelo, sila ay nakilala sa larangan ng politika, si abuela naman ay sa business. That's why when this two powerful families are as one,we gained the utmost respect of our people.
Nagsimula lang naman ang kahuguluhan nung hindi kami nanalo noong huling eleksyon. Maybe abuelo's so confident that he'd win, to the point that he never saw the Arceos pulling out their cards. Naging madikit ang laban noon nang hindi namin nalalaman.
I just 'wanna feel wasted tonight. So I rushed to the crowd and dance my heart out there. Tinaas ko ang mga kamay ko at sinabay sa beat ng tugtog. Hindi ko na masyadong namalayan ang nangyayari. Everything felt so blurry, it's like, the floor is shaking but whatever.
"Hey, honey." a low baritone voice said. Ramdam na ramdam ko ang tigas ng katawan niya dahil nakatalikod ako sa kanya. He's hand locked on my tummy and I can feel his breath on my neck.
GUMISING ako ng masakit ang ulo. I feel nauseous. Then that strucks me. What the hell! I was just at the club a-and everything is a blur. Napamulat ako dahil may naramdaman akong hininga sa leeg ko. Wait, what? Then when I turned my head sideward I think I just saw an angel no scratch that, this face is forbidden. From long and thick eyelashes and that manly eyebrows. That pointed nose and kissable tempting lips. No, wait, is this Drew?
"Fvck." I cursed under my breath. The man I want to run into is now at my face, caging me in his arms.
I feel his hug tightened around me. Hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko. Did something happen? Pero parang wala naman. I don't feel sore and I swear this man's very fresh even at the morning.
