Chapter 5

"Now namjoon, ya ready to rock the music world?" Jungkook said and namjoon nodded. Namjoon then got a pen and said, "u-um well we could write a new song or you can look at other lyrics I have in my book..."

"Hm...let's look at the lyrics you already wrote down first," jungkook said as he took the book. He saw the most recent entry was their song "Fools" and smiled. He then turned the page and saw a song called epiphany on there. Definitely a Jin kinda song.

He then turned the page again and the song name was....? It was scribbled out. "Uh hey name was is this scribbled out?" Jungkook asked and namjoon said, "oh! I cant decide a name for it, well I tried to but I couldn't think of it."

Jungkook read the lyrics and was instantly blown into the warm feeling again. The feeling he has whenever he makes music. The lyrics were so powerful.

"I know you love me boy so that I love you...." was one of the lyrics.

"A-ah...it sounds so much nicer when you're singing it then me writing it..." Namjoon says and Jungkook stopped reading the lyrics and said, "Namjoon your lyrics are so unique and the only thing I'm doing is just singing a masterpiece you made."

Namjoon smiled and Jungkook folded the page down so that he could read it again later. Jungkook flipped the page to see lyrics for a song called Singularity. Jungkook got a weird vibe from it. Not that it wasn't amazing because it was, but his heart was churning and it hurt.

He quickly turned the page and it was labeled Seoul. It quickly made jungkook's churning heart at peace. The lyrics were so calming. He had one last song to look at.

He turned the page and the feeling, That Feeling, it was calling to him as if it was saying, "your song". "Euphoria...." Jungkook muttered and namjoon instantly smiled. "It was my first serious song I've ever written. It's also my favorite, second is Singularity."

Jungkook couldn't even tell what his heart was feeling anymore. It was a mix of pride, confidence, and jealousy all at once. But he shook it off and said, "can...can I sing euphoria and record it? It felt like it was calling to me."

Namjoon was instantly excited. "Of course! It feels just right for you!" Namjoon got up and walked to the recording room connected to the studio.

jungkook looked at namjoon and he blushed but smiled at Jungkook with a thumbs up. Jungkook breathed and began singing. Namjoon's whole body shivered. jungkook was just so amazing.

namjoon kept listening to Jungkook's voice and bit his lip. All of the self doubt was coming back to him. Namjoon could never be like that. before he knew it, before he could stop it, he felt a single tear fall out of his eyes. Jungkook didn't see it, but when he finished recording, he felt that something was wrong. "hey dandelion, are you ok?"

namjoon's head turned to where jungkook was, shocked at the new nickname. This one was by far his favorite. Dandelions were his favorite. (um not sure if they actually are just go along with it.) "i-i'm fine jungkook...i'm just amazed at your singing." Jungkook felt off at the answer but decided not to push it.

ok back to the story-

Namjoon and Jungkook began to refine the song and add beats and stuff into the song. Jungkook then said, "hey, how about we publish your music under RM Music on Fantube? It'll get us money and your music will be heard!" Namjoon was nervous but nodded.

Jungkook and Namjoon set up the account and Jungkook even made a logo and everything for namjoon. "you'll definitely get a lot of views as it's a collaboration with me!" They uploaded Euphoria with the Title "Euphoria (Feat. GCF-JJK) and the appropriate credits. Jungkook even posted the link of the video with a message on his Fantube account to get even more views.

"There! now your music will be heard across the world for everyone to hear! isn't that amazing Dandelion?" jungkook said smiling. Namjoon had his head down and did not respond. "Dandelion?" Jungkook said and he heard namjoon break into a sob. Jungkook was shocked. "what's wrong?! Did you not want this after all? I can take it down!"

"n-no..I'm so happy..." namjoon said through his tears. jungkook sighed in relief. Namjoon wasn't crying because of something bad, but because namjoon's dream had finally come true. "I ha-had always wanted to let people hear my love of music...thank you...thank you so much kookie!" namjoon said and hugged jungkook by the neck. Jungkook's eyes softened at the touch and he wrapped his hands around Namjoon's waist. They both went quiet and just hugged. Jungkook felt weird.

This feeling, Namjoon was making him experience things that he never knew existed, and he wanted more. Is this what they mean by love? Namjoon was taller than jungkook, but that didn't make the situation uncomfortable at all. Just as they were about to look into each other's eyes, The door to the studio opened.
