The brothers are on their way to Claire and Stephen's place, so this is gonna be the episode 2 setting. Also, Sean is the sick one instead of Daniel.

2 days after leaving the cabin

Sean and Daniel were headed to their grandparents' house in Beaver Creek, Oregon, in hopes they would let the boys stay with them for awhile and hide out. The elder brother was nervous about re-uniting with his mom's parents, and he was scared that they would decline to help them, or even rat them out. Sean's stomach was full of knots and it made him sick to think about it. But.. That could also just be him being so hungry. The brothers walked and walked and they could almost see their house, but before they pushed on, a break was needed.

"Daniel. Let's take a quick break, man. I'm not... Feeling too good."

Sean said as he pulled the younger brother aside and sitting down.

"What? But we're so close now, Sean. Come on, we can keep going."

"Daniel, I just said I'm not feeling good. Did that just fly over your head?"

The older wolf brother snapped at the younger. He saw a tiny bit of hurt in Daniel's eyes as he brushed his hair through with his hand and sighed.

"I- I'm sorry, Enano. I shouldn't shout like that..."

"It's okay, Sean. So, what's making you feel bad?"

Daniel asked, genuinely worried about the older brother.

"It's my stomach. I've been feeling sick at it since we left the cabin."

"Oh. That sucks. Maybe you're just hungry. I know I am. My tummy won't stop growling at me."

The nine year old said with a small giggle, trying to cheer up his brother some.

"Yeah. Mine does too..."

Sean said weakly. He leaned back on a log behind him with his hands over his shrunken stomach. After a moment, Sean felt a wave of nausea go over him and felt that he needed to step away from his and Daniel's seats. The elder boy threw up the contents of his stomach, which wasn't much, honestly. Daniel heard the gags of his older brother and ran over to him in worry.

"Sean!?"

Sean had tears streaming down his face and he was sobbing a good bit as he leaned up against a small tree in pain.

"Ugh... Fuck, my stomach is killing me!"

Sean said as both his hands clutched his stomach tightly. He couldn't help but groan at the pain.

-

Once Sean was feeling a bit better, the brothers started walking again. Luckily, they didn't have far to go at all. Soon enough, the boys had arrived and were very relieved. The two were mostly excited to finally fill their stomachs up with some real food.

"We're finally here, Sean!"

"Yeah, Enano. Let me check you out first, Claire likes for everything to be perfect and neat."

The older wolf brother straightened his brother's jacket and brushed him off. Sean rang the doorbell of their grandparents' house and waited for one of them to come and answer. The one to open the door was Claire, and she was in shock that her two grandsons were standing in front of her. After the boys' mother had left, their dad didn't want her parents to have anything to do with Sean and Daniel.

-

Sean sat at the dining room table with hands wrapped around a mug filled with hot coffee, keeping his hands warm.

"Uhh... Is it warm enough for you?"

Stephen asked the older boy that sat diagonal from him at the table.

"Oh, uhh.. Yeah it's warm and... Toasty.."

Sean replied nervously. Claire came in just a few seconds after, requesting to speak with her husband in private. Once they were out of view, the younger brother came in the dining room and sat next to his big brother. Meanwhile, Sean hadn't even noticed. The boy was lost in his thoughts.

"Fuck... Did I make a mistake coming here?"

Sean thought to himself.

"Shit... I'm so hungry, my belly hurts. This coffee isn't really helping it."

Daniel looked at his brother's face and knew he was thinking a lot and there was no use in trying to get his attention. He wouldn't be able to hear his brother anyway.

" I really hope that Claire and Stephen let us stay here awhile. Daniel and I just can't make it another night out there in the snow. I already feel sick, Daniel doesn't need to get sick too."

Sean's thoughts were interrupted by a sharp pain shoot through his stomach.

"Agh!"

Sean hissed at the pain as he put his arm over his stomach, squeezing it as he leaned over in pain and laid his head on his arm on the table.

"Sean!"

Daniel exclaimed in worry.

"Ow! Shit, it hurts!"

The older boy cried out. Daniel started panicking, not knowing how to help his brother's pain. But all he could think to do was yell for their grandparents.

"Grandma, Grandpa!!"

Daniel yelled out for them. The married couple raced into the dining room to see their eldest grandson in a lot pain.

"What is going on?!"

Claire asked in worry.

"Sean is sick! He's felt sick for 2 days and he's been throwing up."

Daniel explained. The sick brother sat back in the chair with both hands over his stomach as he threw his head back and winced at the pain.

"Oh, you're burning up, Sean."

Claire said after feeling his head.

"When was the last time you boys ate?"

Stephen brought up.

"Two days ago... And we're both starving."

Sean told them. Daniel hugged his older brother around his neck to comfort him, now that he had calmed down a bit. His stomach was still hurting him, but the pain was slowly letting up.

-

After the boys ate, Claire and Stephen showed the young boys where the guest room was that they would be sleeping in. Once they were unpacked, the boys were worn out and ready to go to bed. The brothers talked before going to sleep.

"How's your stomach, Sean?"

Daniel asked in concern.

"It's fine right now. Still hurts though."

"I'm glad it's not as bad as before. I was really worried."

"It's okay, Enano. I'm okay now."
