My name is Nova Laurent and I am your average girl. I go to school like everyone else I am the same as every other high school girl except, I have a twist in my boring high school story.
I am apart of a club called player 101. It is a club for girl's that break guy's hearts and let them know that we girls are not disposable. I don't really know when I joined this club but I do know is that, it has impacted my life a lot. In a good way of course otherwise I would have quit.
This club has 6 girls. There is Laura, Jane, Lainey, Olivia, Hailey, Brooke, and Kylie. Laura has a better heart than the rest of us, we are kind of ruthless that is but Laura is a good girl and overall my best friend.
I don't break guys hearts in a ruthless way I do it in a simple we are over I hate you speech. Than I walk around the halls sad and depressed until I find my next pray, and simply go and catch and then throw them back wishing they had never met me because they overall loved me.
currently I am sitting in a session discussing the new boy in town or as we say new bait in town. I really don't want to break his heart because well 1. He is not my type a typical bad boy no thanks, 2. He is a rich kid who thinks he is better than everyone else, 3. He seems very simple and he seems plain like one of those guys who is going to take over the family business. Although I must admit he is a very good looking guy. It is almost like he never gave any of these guys a chance to get a good look.
"I want him he is super cute and I think he would fall hard for me." Kylie urges.
"No, I think I should get him I mean come on I am way hotter than you are." Lainey chimes in.
"Haha, jokes on you bitches I am gonna get him simply because he is my type and I wanna ruin him." Olivia puts her two sense in.
"Hey!! No fair!! I am gonna get him because he would least suspect me." Hailey joins in the petty fight going on.
Than all the girls start to fight and argue. Than all of a sudden I see a fist coming towards my face I use my defense and block whoever was about to hit me in the face. It was none other than Jane she has always had a grudge against me and well she saw a perfect chance to get me square in the face.
"ALRIGHT STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!!!" Everly the leader of the club speaks up she is older than all of us but this club Is really like a secret agency for making a statement that woman are not disposable. Which if you think about is a really good cause.
"I believe strongly that only one person out of this whole group is going to go after Liam—" She pauses and then boom she says, "Nova I think you are the most fit because you out of all these girls wanted nothing to do with Liam which makes me believe you are the most fit."
All the girls look at me with jealousy in their eyes it's not my fault I don't like him. Jane gives me a look of jealousy as she grabs her stuff gets up and starts walking towards the door.
One thing that makes this club hard being in, is Jane. We have gone to school since the 7th grade and she has always found a way to hate me and make me feel irrelevant in almost every way. So when I win something she can't have it makes my confidence go up knowing that she can't take something away from me.
"Nova I can't believe you won the fresh bait." Laura walks up beside me as I start walking towards school.
"I can't believe it myself either actually. I think that he looks like the most boring guy to ever exist." Laura laughs and punches me in the arm. "Ow what the heck was that for?"
"Don't you see you big dummy, the guys who seem the most boring seem to have the most interesting things going on behind their curtain. You never know he could be a huge artist, or he can be really good at singing, or most surprising good at school." I laugh at her exaggerations.
"Alright I get it, I will take this one seriously."
"Yeah and don't forget that you need to keep this one for a little while because if not, then you are gonna keep taking the ones that are the most interesting, and cute that is." I laugh just because I have been getting all the cute guys lately doesn't meant that I am gonna take all of them.
----Liam's pov---
My name is Liam McCarthy and well I am a typical bad boy as may say. It's not like I ask for trouble but what happens is simple I just don't take anyone's shit including my teachers. They don't like it and well for the other bad stuff I do is just well happening.
One thing that I do, do on purpose that you could say isn't the best thing to do I break girls hearts for a living. I am apart of a club called player 101 for the boys. My best friend Patrick asked me to join when I was 14 and I said no at the time because I thought who would want to break girls hearts, then my first girlfriend broke my heart and then ever since then I have been apart of the club.
There are 10 guys In this club here in good old glens view. It starts with Patrick, Sam, Jonah, Jack, Aj, Sean, Ace, Asher, Damien, and then Daniel.
Right now we are playing pool enjoying ourselves in this club session. That's when our club commander comes out and calls out my name.
"Liam get in my office now please." I usually don't get called so I am a little worried but not by much.
"Yes what's up Seb." He sits at his desk with a masked face I can't read.
"Well Liam, you are the best looking guy here at this club and I have to say I have a very special girl for you." What does he mean by special.
"This is the only girl out of the whole school who hasn't had her heart ripped out of her chest." Okay this doesn't sound that bad.
"Her name is Nova Laurent she is a senior just like you and well she is actually the smartest girl out of the whole school so good luck." I walk out our his office in a roar and kind of happy. I could get this girl no issues.
"Patrick, I have some pretty good news." I am new into town, my family moved away in the 8th grade, so when we came back now I find it very refreshing.
"What dude, you better hurry and tell me while you have a moment or else I am gonna start yelling at this guy."
"I have a new mission and you won't believe it, she has never had her heart broken. Which means she should be the easiest girl to lure." Patrick turns off the game and turns around to face me, with a concerned look on his face. I notice that all the other boys also turn to look at me.
"Nova is her name right?" I nod my head, he sighs. "All of us here have had our hearts broken by her, she is a lovely wonderful creature, but there is something you should know. She is insanely hard to try to trick into love. It's like she knows about us."
"Dude she can't be that bad right?" Patrick releases a sigh and goes back to playing call of duty.
I walk out of the lounge only having one thing on my mind: my mission.
