I opened my eyes to sun in my face. "Damm it, I forgot to close the certain" I groaned and got up to shower

"Hey! You in the shower Charlie? Want me to make you some eggs?" Theo yelled out while slamming the front door behind him

I jumped, almost poking myself in the eye. "Jesus Theo! And yes please" I sighed and I heard him laugh at me

I finished cleaning out my hair and ran to my room so he didn't have to see me half naked, but of course he walked into the room and handed the plate

"T-Theo! I'm changing, just leave it on the table" I cried and covered my not-so-impressive chest in my opinion. "Oh, come on Charlie. Don't be so shy" he laughed and walked out, "your abs are still in tact even with all the sweets!" He teased

We made it to school and I was introduced to another friend of Theo's, scarlet.

"Yea, my birthdays is tomorrow but I stopped celebrating a while ago so I'm not really going to do much" she laughed as we walked to our classes
"I'll bake you a cake!" I announced and they both looked over at me

"You can bake?" She questioned and I gave a quick nod. "You don't have to.. I really wasn't going to do anything special" she panicked and I just smiled, "it's totally fine! I have nothing else to do anyways" I smiled

The day went on as usual and I threw my shoes to the side. I had gone to the store to buy all the things I would need for a cake since I did kinda promise I would make it for scarlet

It took me hours and I still didn't have it right. I couldn't bake to save my life so when auntie came home, I asked her to help me out

"Your mom never.. never mind, hand me the milk" she muttered and I frowned, "what were you going to say?" "Nothing, it's just- god, I was going to ask if your mom ever taught you but of course she didn't" she sighed and I just smiled sadly

After we finished making the cake I put it away and went to my room, plopping down on the soft sheets. 'Maybe I should call my dad' I sighed and pushed the thought away, I wouldn't even know what to say

I stripped from my shirt, took off my glasses, and slipped under the sheets so I could keep warm during the night, you wouldn't believe how cold it got in this place and I still refused to wear a shirt

I sat for a couple more minutes, lost in thought before I lost track of where I was and I entered the land of dreams.

"Charlie, wake up" a distant voice whispered to me. "We are going to be late, let's go" it swiped a thumb on my jaw and I let a small smile onto my face, "stop it.. five more minutes" I yawned and turned onto my stomach.

It sighed and pushed my hair back then leaned down, leaving a sweet kiss on my forehead. My eyes opened slowly to see Theo's smiling face. "There you are, wake up dude" he laughed and ruffled my hair

I didn't find it strange that he gave me a small kiss, he knew each other for a long time and he was my only friends. It's just what friend did, right?
Plus, it gave me warmth I never really got

I pushed myself up and reached for my glasses. "I'll get ready quick. Just let me go pee" I yawned and pushed past him to the bathroom

I stripped from the rest of my cloth and sighed at the past scars I had all over my body. "The doctor said they would go away by now" I whined and stepped into the shower, washing my hair.

"Theo? Where did you go" I called out with a towel wrapped around my waist and my hair dripping water ever so often

"I'm right here" he snaked his hands around my waist and left his face in the crook of my neck. My body tensed up and I started to squirm around in his embrace. "T-Theo" I whispered.. then the worst happened.

"What the hell!" My aunt yelled as her keys and phone fell to the ground at the sight of Theo's large body around mine. This wasn't good..

"M-Mrs.Demos!" He quickly let go and straightened himself out next to me. "G-good morning, would you like some eggs? Maybe a c-coffee" he smiled nervously as my aunt approached us with a killer stare

She turned to me. "Munchkin." She smiled and I gave a small hum, "why don't you go get dressed and cover up those boo boos" she pouted and ran her thumb softly over one that was on my shoulder. I nodded and walked off, seeing as Theo had begging eyes practically saying 'don't leave me!'

Aunt Grace's POV

I waited for Charlie to go upstairs and close his door before turning to Theodore. "Now for you" I hissed, my whole demeanor of a nice little old lady, that's not so old, went away.

I could see the fear in his eyes

"Don't ever touch my baby again. I am not letting you hurt him like my brother and his damn mother" I choked out the words. "He deserves the world and I'll give it to him!" I screamed, "and if you do want him you have to prove that you'll keep him safe" I huffed and wiped my face. "And don't ever think of having sex in my house" I pushed past him into the kitchen

I fixed up my outfit and gave a small smile as I reached for the cake I had helped him make. I put on a few more details and put it in the container. "Munchkin, the cake is ready for you to take it! Don't forget it" I called out and gave it to Theodore

"Give it to him on his way out and I promise you I'll find out if you touch him inappropriately" I smiled and picked up my things, leaving the house.

"Please don't hurt my Charlie" I sniffled and walked down to my car
