To the Bone

Chapter 2

It was now 10:07 in the morning, Asriel and Chara were already out of bed and doing things. At this very moment, Frisk sat up in bed. Then she spoke, but not in her own voice.

"Hehehe... It seems like it worked, Frisk." Gaster said. Frisk's face was somewhat the same exept for her eyes and mouth. Those, were Gaster's.

Down in the living room Toriel, Papyrus, and Asriel were walking to Toriel's 2018 Honda Fit to go to the store, Chara thought that was boring and Sans was just lazy so they were staying at the house.

"You sure you two want to stay here?" Asriel asked.

"Ah, the store is boring." Chara said. "Besides, someone's got to be here to keep Frisk company when she wakes up." As they were talking, Frisk/Gaster had walked out of the bedroom, hearing the conversation.

"It's a little unusual for Frisk to sleep in this late, even on the weekends she was one of the first to wake up. Did Frisk stay up late, Asriel?" Toriel said. Frisk/Gaster was now standing at the top of the stairs, just out of sight of the others.

"Yeah but only about 15 minutes. She was still giving Chara a death stare for the 'Manny is Frisk's boyfriend' comment." Asriel said.

"I THINK THAT SANS IS BEING A BAD INFLUENCEN ON HER." Papyrus said.

"You think that I'm rubbing off on her?" Sans asked.

"UNFORTUNATELY..."

"I am so proud if that's the case." Sans said.

"NO! DON'T BE PROUD! SHE'S BECOMING A HUMAN VERSION OF YOU!"

"Aaaaaaaaand... That's bad?"

"GHA!!!" Papyrus yelled out.

"Don't worry, Paps. Frisk isn't cracking jokes." Asriel said.

"Yet."

"GHHAAAAAAAA!"

"Alright, alright. Lets get going now, if I'm going to make that meatloaf tonight I'm going to need to get some eggs." Toriel said. "When Frisk wakes up please tell her where we went."

"Sure thing Tori." Sans said. Toriel, Papyrus, and Asriel then got in the car and drove off to Walmart.

"Hhmmm. With our apparent success in removing me from the Void, I think I've held control over your motor functions long enough. Your body is once again, well... YOURS." Gaster then returned control over Frisk's body to Frisk. Her face returned to normal as she felt extreme drowsiness.

"Oh, hi Frisk." Chara said, as she spotted Frisk.

"Morning kiddo, you slept in late. Asgore, Undyne, and Alphys are at work, and Tori, Paps, and Azzy went to the store, so it's just the three of us." Sans said, nether him or Chara noticing Frisk beginning to slightly sway.

"So what do you want to do? Want to watch some TV or- WHOA FRISK!" Chara cried out as Frisk leaned forward, her eyes rolled back, and she tumbled down the stairs.

"KIDDO!" Sans yelled. Frisk finally came to a stop when she hit the bottom step.

"FRISK!!!" Sans and Chara yelled in worry.

"We're back!" Asriel yelled out when he came through the door with groceries in his arms. He was followed into the house by Toriel and Papyrus. Sans and Chara ran up to them to stop them from going into the kitchen.

"Hhheeeeeeeeey guys!" Chara said as he sweated profusely.

"Whats up? Everything is perfect, as always. Nothing happened, ya know." Sans nervously said.
