Chapter 5

Abbey,s Pov:

I woke up to my heart racing fast. I must of had a bad dream I guess. I looked at the time 3:27 am. Great, I guess I'll go to the bathroom. I walked down the hall in to the bathroom. I pulled my pajama shorts down only to see the Crimson red blood in my underwear.

"Shit!"

I whisper said to my self. I went pack in my room and changed into clothes wondering what to do and who to tell.

I was thinking about Soda because I can talk to him the easiest.

I thought about it a lot then decided to just walk down to the store myself. I am going to have to be real quite cause I don't know who might be crashing on the couch tonight.

I quickly tiptoed to the door only to trip and fall on the couch. "Shit!" I said as I fell on whoever was there. They woke up with me on top of them and sat up.

My heart sank a little and began to sit up. His face was so Damn beautiful in the moon light. Dallas Winston. I thought to myself.

"What are you doing up at this time doll?" He asked in his nice sexy morning voice that mad me go wild.

"Um.. Nothing I'm going for a walk .. Thats all..." I trailed off. "A walk?! Now? You must be crazy to walk by yourself now!" He said "well I won't be long."

" No I'm not letting you go on a walk a this time of night and especially alone. Would Darry approve of this? No I don't think so."

"But Dally I don't think you want go on this walk. I mea-" I was cut off by him. "How bad could it be?" He asked and we got up and walked out of the house quietly.

I started walking to the store at the end of the street.

"So why do you wanna walk." Dally asked." Just to get some things."
"What things?" He asked "Why do you ask so many gosh Damn questions?  I snapped I don't know why I just did.

Must be mood swings.

"Cause I like to annoy you it's cute when you get mad." He answered.

I blushed a little I'm glad it was dark out so he couldn't see. We arrived at the store and I went in he came in after me and I turned to face him.

"You may want to wait for me outside." I said "Why would I want to do that when I'd rather be with you." He said smoothly. I sighed

"Fine. But no turning back now."

I walked to the lady products aisle and walked down. I seen Dally's face turn white and I laughed at the sight. I grabbed a few boxes of stuff and walked to him. He looked at the box like it was an alien.

"What? Is Dallas Winston afraid of some pads and tampons?" I chuckled.

He looked back up at me and smirked "This explains why you were acting all weird." He says "Yep and now you and the Boys are gonna have to deal with it for a week, but I got to deal with it for life." I chuckled and walked over to the cashier.

He seemed scetchy and was a soc, but there was no one else around a 3:00am. He looked around my age and looked hella tired. Dallas walked up behind me as I set my stuff down.

"Hey pretty lady what are you doing with this hood over here, you should come join me and my buddy's later and I'll show you some real fun!" He said as he got closer to me. "Ummm.. No thanks I'm fine." I said trying to be polite but I really just wanted to tear his head off.

"Come on baby let me show you a good time" he said grabs my wrist.

"Let her go before I bang your head in" Dallas says angrily as he pulls me by my waist towards him then behind him. "What are you her boyfriends or something? What are you gonna do about it?" The cashier guy said back now in Dallas's face.

Dallas then punches him knocking him to the ground. Dally grabs the stuff and grabs my hand and drags me toward the door I look back at the cashier and he smirks and says

"This won't be the last you see of me doll, your boyfriend won't always be around to save your ass."

These words send shivers down my spine as I walk out of the door. We walk back home quickly and as we get to the door I see the light on in the house. "Oh great someones up." I said "Don't worry we'll figure this out doll." Dallas says to me.

"Oh ya and thanks for what you did back there Dally it was nice of you." I said talking about the incident earlier at the store. "No problem doll I'd never want to see you get hurt but I'm never nice. I was just.... angry." He says quickly probably cause he doesn't want people to think he soft.

"Ya whatever you say Dal I say nice, you say angry."

I chuckled. "Whatever" he laughed back. I walk in the house quietly with Dallas trailing behind me. As soon as I step in I see Darry reading the paper and soda and pony sleeping on the couch. Darry gets up fast from his seat

"Were the hell have you two been!"
