~Laxus POV~
I woke up to knocking on my room door. I looked over to see Y/N, still asleep and snuggled into my chest. I got out the bed, trying my best not to wake her up. I succeeded in this task, and quickly opened the door so whoever it was wouldnt wake her up.
"What do you need?" I question Freed, looking down the hall to see the rest of the Thunder Legion. His eyes flickered to Y/N for a quick moment before meeting mine again.
"We need to talk. Thunder Legion." He whispered the last part, before turning around and walking to the living room area. I sighed, and closed the door back before walking to my closet. I threw on a shirt, and walked back out, careful not to wake the sleeping Y/N. I walked down the hall and sat down on the black, leather couch.
"Well? What's so important you decided to let yourself into my house?" I questioned, eyebrows raised.
"Are you sure you still want to go through with the plan?" Freed spoke up. "I mean we didn't exactly predict Y/N coming back home, and you getting all cozy with her again." The green haired wizard spoke nonchalantly. I sighed, looking down at the coffee table.
"Is she here now-- Y/N?" Evergreen spoke, looking up at me.
"Yeah. She's asleep in my room." I looked her with a questioning glance.
"Good! Why don't you and the boys take some day-job quest and me and her can have a girls day?" Evergreen suggested, smiling. "I do deserve some well spent time with my best girlfriend." She spoke, glaring at us for a quick second before we all slowly nodded in agreement with her.
"Alright then, at least let me go wake her up." I spoke, standing quickly before walking back to my room.
~Y/N's POV~
I woke up to light shaking on my shoulder. "Five more minutes." I groaned, snuggling back into the pillows and blankets that surrounded me.
I heard a deep chuckle before a voice speaking, "Y/N. Get up." Laxus spoke, shaking me more lightly. I rolled over, opening my eyes and looked at Laxus.
"Oh. Good morning!" I smiled, looking up at him whilst stretching my arms.
"Good morning, Princess." He chuckled, his voice slightly deeper due to the morning hours. He leaned down and delivered a kiss to my forehead. "I'm going on a job with the Thunder Legion. Evergreen claimed to wanting a girls day, so have fun." He smiled at me.
I gave a slight pout, before realizing what a girls day with Evergreen actually meant. I quickly jumped up, smiling at the man before me. I kissed him on the cheek before pushing him out the door. "I love you, bye!" I speak, smiling up at him. He had already changed out of his sweat pants, into some black pants and a purple button up, so I didn't find it mean to push him out of his own room.
Laxus sighed, shaking his head and smiling as he walked out the door. Freed and Bickslow, trailing behind him. Evergreen sat in the living room, presumably waiting on me. I quickly skipped into the living room, greeting the fellow fairy on the couch. "Hey!" I spoke, smiling at my friend.
She stood up, and quickly took me up on the hug that my arms were outstretched for. "It's good to have you back, Y/N! First things first, let's go to your place and pick out an outfit, shall we?" she smiled at me. I nodded, and quickly opened a wormhole to my place.
I closed the wormhole, and we both ventured into my walk in closet. "This could be cute!" Evergreen spoke, pulling out a black sweater with a red plain skirt and some leggings.
"Sure!" I smiled at the brunette, and ushered her out my closet as I got changed. I came out of the closet, and looked over to see Evergreen, sitting on my bed. "Ready?" I smiled at her, and she nodded in return. We walked out towards the town.
"First things first, let's stop for breakfast, shall we?" Ev spoke, and to this I very eagerly nodded. We walked into a café, that I had loved every since I was a child. They had the best waffles, I smiled as me and Ever walked through the doors.
"Right this way, ladies." A female, no doubt still in her teens lead us to a table. "A waiter should be with you shortly." She smiled at both of us before walking back to the front.
"I must say Ev, I'm surprised you remembered this place." I smiled at her, placing my napkin on my lap and the utensils out on the table.
"Well when you were gone, I must admit I came here a lot. You always raved about how good their waffles were, so I figured I'd try it. And I liked it, as you can deduce." She spoke offhandedly, a hand motioning to the place. I smiled at her and giggled as a waitress walked up to us.
"Hi! Welcome to Café Dragon! Can I get you ladies something to drink, or are you ready to place your full order?" The waitress smiled at us, waiting for our response.
"I think we're ready, Ev?" I smiled at her, and she nodded at me, a smirk lacing her own face. "Uhm, I'll have a coffee, and an order of waffles." I smiled at the waitress, as she wrote down the order on a notepad. She then turned towards Evergreen.
"I'll have the same." Evergreen spoke, placing her menu on top of mind before taking both and handing them over to the waitress.
"Got it!" The waitress smiles, taking up our menus before speaking again, "I'll have those coffee's out right away!" She spoke, before turning and walking back to the kitchen.
"So, how's life been?" I smiled at her, and the waitress comes back around, setting our coffees and some crèmes and sugars, along with two spoons, on the tables. I quickly add my crème and sugar, as Evergreen did the same.
"Oh the same old life, though you left me lone with those boys." She spoke, no doubt referring to the Thunder Legion.
I smiled at her, taking a sip of my coffee whilst doing so. "Sorry about that, I didn't really have a choice." I smiled at her. The waitress comes by again, and sets down two plates of waffles with syrup and butter on the side. I quickly grab my knife and fork, and quickly began to butter the waffles. I began eating, and enjoyed the waffles greatly. It was a stack of three of the fluffiest and most delicious waffles. "So, what's on the agenda today?" I asked, finishing my waffles, as Evergreen had already finished hers.
"Well, first we're going to the spa. Then we're going for lunch, and then getting our nails done!" Evergreen cheered, and I smiled at her. I never really took too much interest in the girly things that Ev enjoyed a lot. But spa's were relaxing and nails looked pretty so I couldn't really argue. The waitress came back for the check, and I quickly payed for it before Evergreen could evens argue.
