October 18,1967

In the lonely depths of Uptown Park Row, the rain seemed to fall continuously.
A Light shines across the street, revealing an endless road of parked Chevelles.
The brightness from an old Movie theater completes the street as the once lonely Uptown is filled with chatter .
A little 8 year old boy with his two wealthy parents vacate the theater. He voices his opinion about the movie premiere and shares his joy.
Elsewhere in gloomy apartment , a family of three is seen hopelessly as the sick mother lies while the father proceeds to act violently. An everlasting breath of negatively disperses across the scenary
The 12 year old child is left to witness
the horrors. With one hand on his mother's lap and one to protect himself from his father's rage, he is overwhelmed. He is unable to break free from the condescending chaos.

Meanwhile in the old theater, the wealthy Wayne family is making their way down the alley, as a dark figure approaches them. The  identity of this individual is concealed by a mask. The figure is no other than a desperate man who wants money. He pulls out a fire arm and proceeds to threaten the family mercilessly. The boy is left frozen as his mother holds him. The father steps in to protect his family, but ultimately scumbles to his demise as the man unloads his firearm. He approaches the mother and rips off her pearl necklace and takes her life. The boy is left conquered by fear and sadness, as the sounds of sirens fill the scenery.

Back in the apartment, the 12 year old boy weeps at the corpse of his mother and the father who had taken his own life. For one last time, he looks at parents in dismay and tears, as his eyes gaze at the window, and witnesses a number of law enforcement vehicles passing his street. The news radio then relays a message regarding the possible murder at Park Row.

The following morning, the boy is outraged that the police and medical services didn't show up on time. They showed up 7 hours after the incident due to the Wayne's being priority. As the cops arrive, they are convinced that the boy murdered his father. As he is racially profiled, he is taken into custody.

The boy was later taken to the Gotham police department interrogation rooms, where he is questioned by Detective Harvey Bullock and Arnold Flass. The two men viciously build up the interrogation with harshness and brutality . Tears came out of the boys eyes and he is forced to admit the crime he did not commit. The detectives walk out of the room to discuss the matter. Then moments  later, Officer Gordon enters with Detective Bullock and Flas. Gordon cuffs the boy and escorts him out of the room.
Outside, sits the 8 year old boy who witnessed the murder of his parents.
The two quickly make eye contact as
Officer Gordon proceeds escort the boy down the seemingly endless hallway of interrogation rooms. Each room introduced a previously committed crime, as the sorrowful life engulfs the precinct. After vacating the premises, the officer took the boy to a jail cell.

Later in the evening , the precinct grew quiet. The only presences that were evident were the officers and a few other inmates. Suddenly the silence turned into footsteps. As 2 figures proceed to approach the boy's cell. The figures reveal themselves to be no other than Officer Gordon and Detective Bullock. He apologizes to the boy regarding false accusations and found out that the autopsy revealed that the father was the one who held the knife to himself." Carlos Lopez, you have our apologies for this false accusation."
Bullock then drives the boy to a local orphanage owned by a man named Philip. Phillip grins and welcomes Carlos to his new home. The man then takes Carlos to the bedrooms, along with the other children at the orphanage.

Later around midnight, the boy has trouble sleeping after having relapses of trauma and hate towards the Wayne family. He struggles to accept that the rich have all the necessities and doesn't come to terms with his parents death. Carlos gets up from his bed and takes a walk around the house. The Orphanage was nothing like he had ever seen. The living room was filled of renaissance art and vases from different eras.  The vibrant scenery seemed to have taken over, but something was suspicious. As he approached the master bedroom, there stood Phillip. With an insidious grin, he goes up to Carlos and lures him to his bed room. Philip pushes him to the ground with a gun and forces him to strip naked. Then proceeds to sexual abuse the 12 year old.
As everything seemed to be well off, Carlos will spend the rest of his nights being tormented and stripped of his dignity. In the lonely depths of Gotham's silent night.
