After we were done swimming, we all went to my house to eat. I texted my friends lizzy and Jacquelyn and told them to come over. We changed and I started to cook.
"Yay food." said Sarah. I laughed.
"Whatcha cooking?" Asked Lacie.
"Mustard pies." I replied. Lacie made a grossed out face and I laughed.
"Just kidding I'm making pizza." I heard someone pull in and I started smiling like an idiot. It's been a while sence I have seen my friends. Jacquelyn knock on the door and lizzy was right beside her. We gave each other hugs.
"Why didn't you tell you were going swimming?" Lizzy said.
"There is a pool out back. After we eat we can change and go swimming again. OMG guess what? I lost 30 pounds sence you saw me." I said. They looked impressed. I feel good about my self. We ate and changed again.
"So what have y'all been doing after all this time?"
"Always." said Sarah. I laugh because I realize that she said something from harry potter.
"Well I was in Arizona for the summer." Lacie said.
"I was in Maryland visiting my grandmother." Jacquelyn said. We jump in the water and swim around awhile.
" Want to watch The Hunger Games?" I ask. They all nodded in reply. We change dang I put the movie in.
"I'll make popcorn." I said.
"I'll come with." Lacie said. We walk down stairs.
"Katie you do know that popular girl in out grade is having a party and she said anyone could come." Lacie said.
"A party sounds fun. Can I invite the other girls."
"yeah."
"Sarah, Jacquelyn we are going I a party tonight." I yell. I hear a high pitch scream and something break.
"What was that?" I yelled.
"Your lamp. Sorry" Sarah said from upsairs. We go back upstairs with popcorn.
"We can't eat popcorn we are going to our first PARTY" Sarah said. I think she's excided. We watched the movie and I get a few dresses out of my closet.
"Try these on." I say. I off them fit except for Jacquelyn. She is kinda you know taller. I run to my parents room and grab one of her dresses. It fit Jacquelyn. Thank GOD. we do each others make up. I told them I look like a whore. But it was pretty. We leave to the party and I turned on the radio to Lacie screaming the song.
"Lacie, bloody hell what was that."
"Beth this is NO time for harry potter."
"It's always time for harry potter."
"Yeah more like there is always time for Draco." Sarah said.
"YYYYAAAAASSSSS" I say. We arrive and there were so many people. I slipped my book in my purse and go in. There were people everywhere. I'm so glad I keep a book in my car. I go to the living room because it was quite and no one was in here. I read my book but was interrupted by a really cute guy. He sat by me.
"Hi I'm Brian."
"Beth." I say reading by book again.
"Really? Reading in a party?" He says.
"I'm not good at meeting people."
"Come meet my friends." He says. I don't want to but I do.
"Ok hey this is Beth." He says. They wave at me.
"This is Colton, Dylan, and Jason." They all looked cute but Brian is cuter than all of them.
"So were playing a game want to join?" I nodded my head and we start to play truth or dare.
"Colton Truth or dare?"
"Dare" he says.
"Kiss Beth." I look at him with wide eyes. I never kissed before.
"Colton she looks so worried. do it." he leans in a so do I. We kiss and pull apart and look at each other and I hear Awwww behind us I look and it's Sarah Jacquelyn and Lacie.
"Shut up."
"Hey that was her first kiss." Lacie says I blush I crazy. I don't know what to do. I pull my book back out and start to read. I want to drown out the world right now. Colton pulls the book out of my hand. Before I could scream at him he smashed his lips onto mine. I feel like I'm on the top of the world. I never wanted to pull apart.
"So I'm Sarah this is Jacquelyn and Lacie. Brian was looking a Jacquelyn like she was the queen. I smile and I look a Colton. He took my hand and made me blush again.
"Can I have my book back?"
"No not until I have one last kiss and you will be mine."
"Are you asking me to be your girlfriend?" I look at Sarah and mouth what do I do. She mouth back and said say yes.
"Yes I'm asking you to be my girlfriend. What do you say?"
"Umm well umm y-yes." I say. He kisses me again and Brian look impressed.
"Hey Lacie is it? Sorry I need to introduce myself I'm Brian." He says.
"You have the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen." My god he is trying to sweet talk her. She blushed and looks away.
