Lyra's POV

"SCORPIUS MALFOY! YOU COME HERE NOW!"

"NEVER!"

I looked up in amusement as Scorpius Malfoy ran into the living room, eyes darting around for a place to hide. He dove under the couch on which I was sitting, then stuck his head out and looked at me pleadingly.

I winked at him to him to assure him that I wouldn't tell his mother that he was hiding there. He grinned at me and hid again as his mother came down the stairs, looking cross.

"Lyra! Have you seen Scorpius? He doesn't want to do his homework, and he has so much to do!"

"Yeah. I saw him. He ran into the garden.", I say, pointing out.

"Thanks! I'll have to force him to do his homework! Honestly, he behaves like a small boy! He's 12 for Merlin's sake!"

"Chill, Astoria. Go and find him."

"Oh, I will!", and she ran out into the garden, yelling Scorpius' name.

"What was that?", Draco came in and sat beside me.

"A little homework drama."

"Ah, that always happens during vacations."

We both laugh and continue chatting when Astoria's head peeked at us from the door.

"Lyra? There's...there's someone to see you."

Draco stiffened. I just stare at Astoria.

"Is it...."

She nods.

Harry's POV

"It's been a week, Gin. We have to go!"

"Oh, I don't know, Harry."

I bang my fists on the table, "How long do we plan to make her stay there? A year or something?"

"Yeah, a year sounds just about right. 'Cause I'm a very cruel woman and I wanna separate a family! Ha ha ha"

I give her a stern look and say, "We have to go! It's been a week!"

"Really? It's been a week? I never knew! Why didn't you tell me?"

"I told it-"

"Oh wait! I remember you telling it. Umm..about a bazillion times only."

"Don't exaggerate."

Ginny sighs and puts her cup of tea down.

"If you wanna see her, let's go then.", she said.

"Exactly! Let's go! Now!", I grab my cloak and run towards the door.

"Yeah, Harry. Very good. Let's go without Albus. After all, he made the mistake. So he shouldn't go at all."

I glare at her and run upstairs to wake Albus up. Not that he was sleeping. Neither has he been sleeping ever since the fight, nor has he talked to anyone.

"Albus. We're going to get your mother. Move it."

Albus merely looks at me.

"Albus. Come on.", I say and start to walk out of the room.

"I'm scared dad."

I pause, my hand on the doorknob.

"Will mum ever forgive me?"

Tears were steaming down his face. He looked so scared.

I realized that Ginny was right. You couldn't really blame Albus entirely. He was young and he was just hurt that Lyra had hidden something so big from him. And now he was scared that she would never forgive him.
