Hope P.O.V

HOPE KARMA LOVATO MARTINEZ YOU BETTER BE UP WHEN I GET UP. i heard my mum yell, i never got up as fast i did before, i guess you should never enrage an angry black woman. well let me introduce myself my name is Hope Karma Lovato-Martinez, I'm 17 years old and still in high school, i don't have lots of friend but the people I'm with they are my ride or die, my familia. they have been my friends since sixth grade. anyway that woman you haerd is my mum and shes badass, shes a nurse at Malibu Memorial Hosapital in florida, i love Malibu its all I've ever known. i always surf. anyway today is the first day of senior day. first of the last. i cant wait to graduate and go to Harvard. i love it. i never met my dad, my dad mum told me that he walked out on us and never wanted me. at first i was sad then i got over it. i don't need my dad. i got down from my room. morning mama, i said kissing her on her cheeks. morning baby how are you, did you sleep well. she asked, she always asked this cause when i was a child i was diagnosed with insomnia because i kept telling them that i kept hearing voices in my head, but they ddint believe me. but i learnt that i was a telepath from this blind guy in hell's kitchen in New York. he was cool he is an antihero my night and a lawyer by day. i always wanted to be a lawyer, help people and now with my powers i might be able to, me and my mum are super close and i tell her everything. yes so she knows I'm a telepathic, at first she was shocked but then she has learned to live with it. and no mind readings okay, she said narrowing her eyes at me, i rolled my eyes, is se you Hope, she said swinging her hand but i dodged by going under, putting my bowl in the sink and running to my car. buy mum love you i said, before going to my car. i entered my car and drove to school.

Malibu High School

Malibu high school, where the you have social standards, this schoolis actually divided based on your social status i know right, i hated that it is, okay let me give you the rundowns. okay you have the rich popular kids, the popular but middle class kids, the average kids not popular but everyone knows them, and then the loners, the kind ones, then the poor kids. I'm in the average status, I'm not popular but everyone knoes name, although i don't wear designer shoes or clothes but i like my style.

Karma!! i heard my name i turned around and saw my best friends Nicole Lopez and Shawn Mendes. those are my besties we've been friends since sixth grade. shawn is in the rich popular kids class, while Nicole is in the average like me, since Nicole and i were born on the same day. shawn is was born September so he is older than us by a month. this summer we haven't been hanging out because they both went cabo it was coincidental. but who cares. hey guys i said hugging them, i noticed their body language they seem awfully close but i dimissed because nicole knows i like shawn a lot, how was your summer, i said it was mysterious they said looking at each other with a glint, i cough to get their attention. hey hope we have something to tell you, they said. okay but can talk after school i have to tell you guys something. i said sadly. okay ya it can wait.

AFTER SCHOOL.....

we went to our spot it was hidden in the beach. so what do you want to tell me i said looking at them while biting my lip at shawn. nicole took a deep breath. we are dating, nicole said, i looked at them in shock and at nicole in betrayal. you knew, you knew how much i liked him and yet you go behind my back and date him i said with tears running on my face. hope believe me never wanted to but he was dear for me, when i needed someone and i just, it just happened i love him, we love each other. but i liked him first, i said with tears, Hope i really love nicole why cant you be happy for us, shawn said with a sad first. him or me pick, i said in anger to nicole. she gasped, you know i cant dont make me choose, know i want to know now. i said gripping her hand with a iron fist. let go you are hurting her, shawn pushing me making me fall down. i gasped at him hurt, hope i choose him, i love him. so thats it you are just going to throw away 17 years worth of friendship for him. i said with finalty. yes i will she said . i nodded, ok i said taking off my necklace. i held it out for shawn, that night that we shared, i told you that i loved you, you told me too, but you are just a liar, i'm pregnant i was going to tell you but i waited like you told me too i threw the necklace i nto the ocean. i hate you both, you deserve each other, atleast im not a loser, i always make decisions, you never do anything without me, you depend on me whether you like it or nothing. you need me nicole said yelling, but i kept on walking, i ran to my home. mom i said crying, entering the room, i looked up and saw a man, mum whats going on, i said. karma this Tony Stark, your father, i just looked at him. then i fainted.
