After leaving the tree of life Rani starts thinking of ways to take revenge on Fuli then she remembered the bad guys that attacked the tree of life when she was a cub. She thought if she could unite them that she could take back her role as queen.
A few years went by and everyone had forgotten about Rani until one day Ulu said that an army of predators were heading this way. Fuli asked is there a leader and Ullu said yes it's Rani. Fuli was first shocked than angry she said night pride lion guard hurry to the passage when the night pride and lion guard get there they see Chuluun, Ora, Makucha, mama Binturong, and all of the minions and in the front Rani. Fuli tells Rani to leave but Rani refuses and says that she's gonna take back her place as queen of the tree of life. Dark thunder clouds start appearing and then Rani smiles and says attack the animals starting fighting and clawing each other Fuli then starts searching for Rani to battle and sees her standing there with an evil smile on her face. She then leaps at Rani and started clawing her shoulder making her bleed out. Rani roars in pain and pushes Fuli off they then start fighting by clawing or biting each other. Then Rani whacks her paw against Fuli making Fuli hit the ground the other animals stop and cheer on their leaders Rani and Fuli circle each other and before any of them can land the next blow Kion stands in front of both of them he tells them something that his best friend Jasiri told him a long time ago si si ni sawa it means we're the same all of the animals started thinking about what he said but then Rani said Chuluun now but Chuluun said no Rani. Everyone looks at Chuluun, Kion's right. She then goes to Fuli's side, enough. Rani then says that she'll die as well but then the rest of the animals go to Fuli's side. Rani then says get back here. Fuli says its time to put the past behind us, but Rank says that she'll never let it go. She then lunges at Fuli but before she can hurt Fuli, Azzad comes out from behind Fuli and scratches Rani making her hit a rock, pass out, and die. After that Fuli said let's go home she then turns towards the former bad guys and said all of us. They return to the Tree Of Life and celebrate.
Sorry if the ending is from Lion King 2 but I was to tired to come up with my own version
