Chapter 4

"Haa~ an insignificant step back, doesn't matter, I'll just have to kill you on my next strike."

If it was someone else who said this, Ashura would've already ripped that person apart without any question.

However, this guy has the right to say those words, the lycan has the strength to back it up.

Ashura released his ki, along with his gauntlets and boots as he launched himself towards the lycan.

He wouldn't wait for to be attack, that isn't his style.

The lycan also launched himself towards Ashura, the two of them collided mid-way like a two wild beasts.

They clashed, paws to gauntlets, strength to strength, speed to speed, endurance to endurance.

"GRRR! GRRRAAAHH!!!" The lycan suddenly appeared in front of him and send a kick.

Ashura was surprised but quickly crossed his arms to defend, but the kick was so strong that he was sent flying by it.

"HAHAHA! MORE! MORE! ENTERTAIN ME MORE! HAHAHA!" He pounced towards the wounded lycan and kick it at its stomach.

The lycan spit a mouthful of blood, but quickly counter attack by slamming Ashura's head to the ground, causing it to crack.

Ashura didn't even flich and quickly held the lycan's arms and lifts him up to the ground before slamming him down, again and again before he threw the lycan like ragdoll.

Then, he approached the lycan, seeing that it could barely even move, but still breathing, he was impressed.

He was sure that after a 5 days or so, the lycan will be fully recovered to ita peak condition even if he left him alone.

Ashura licked his lips before raising his hands, "Hahaha, for giving me a good fight, I will now end your suffering." Then, he pierced the lycan's heart with his gauntlet-covered hand.

He stared at the lycan for several seconds before his eyes widen in shock.

He stood up and stared at the sky with frustrated gaze, he then muttered, "Damn, I didn't ask where he came from, there could be more lycans out there."

In the end, he just sighed and went back towards his cave.

Somewhere--

Four lycans are bowing in front of the large silver wolf.

"We apologize your majesty, but it seems like Canious has died as well, under the hands of the person who hunted our kin."

The large wolf just stood up and walk deeper at the cave they were in, leaving the four lycans on their own.
