She pulled out printed papers and passed them around the room, everyone took it with shaky fingers,

Katsuki Bakugou and Izuku Midoriya

Fumikage Tokoyami and Toro Hagakure

The green-haired boy paled as he saw his name paired up with Kacchan. He could literally sense his fumes of anger from here.

Midnight announced, "The list of locations will be given later today." She sighed before continuing, "Today's supposed to be your last day as ordinary students. From tomorrow onward, you are heroes, working for justice and the good. We're counting on you all. Sleep well, children."

She waved them goodbye before leaving the classroom, leaving all the children even more nervous than before.

Izuku sighed in annoyance, Justice and good my ass, he looked around to see everyone going to their pair. What nervousness there was before somewhat died a little now.

Kacchan slammed his hands down on his table, causing the green-haired boy to jump in his seat, "Okay look, asshole we may be 'partners', but I don't give two shitsticks 'bout that. I wanna prove that I can do this little mission and take down this Villain. On my own. Don't bother helping." He said before going back to his own seat.

Iida and Ochaco approached my table, both glaring daggers at Kacchan, "You okay?" Iida asked.

I silently nodded, refusing to look at the blonde-haired boy. Ochaco groaned, "God, he's insufferable. I feel sorry for you."

"Aizawa must've personally requested that you two pair up. Maybe to improve your relationship." Iida suggested, I couldn't help but laugh

"Even in such a dangerous mission, he never fails to teach us a lesson, huh."

Ochaco stared at me, she looked concerned, "You'll be fine, right?"

"Yeah, don't worry about me," I comforted, "I don't need him anyway."

Katsuki Bakugo's P.O.V

"Fucking Deku." I grumbled as I pulled up a chair and sat next to Kirishima.

"God," the red-haired boy laughed, "You two have such the worst luck."
I couldn't help but agree

"It'll only last a few days. I doubt the Heroes would let us stay in this mission for very long." Kirishima comforted, "but you're all about the mission, aren't you?"

My mouth curved into a smile, "You know me so well." He smiled, "Well, we can't have everything, can we?"

After a minute of silence, I asked, "You'll be okay, right?"

"Yeah, of course, I mean, Kaminari's unreliable but we'll keep up." Kirishima made his voice louder, loud enough for Kaminari to hear.

The yellow-haired boy glared at him but he couldn't say anything because of the many chargers in his mouth.

Kirishima turned to me, "But the million-yen question, will you be okay?"

"You don't have to worry about me!" I said defensively. Kirishima shrugged, "Sorry. I can't help but worry about my closest friend."

I smiled, "Thanks, Kiri. But I'll be fine. Even if its someone as shitty as Deku."

Is million-yen even right hahaha😂
