[jungkook focus]
jungkook impatiently tapped his pencil against his desk. his leg bounced up and down. he kept his eyes trained on the clock on the wall which now seemed slower because of his horrible math class. the teacher wasn't bad he was just...odd as jungkook would say.
jungkook looked down at his paper, it was empty. he was to busy thinking about playing overwatch when he got home.
finally, the bell rang. all of the students quickly gathered their things since mr.byun wouldn't let them pack up before the bell just like all of the other teachers. jungkook secretly packed his things early despite the rules.
he was the first one to get up and walk outside of the classroom. he always waited outside the classroom for his best friend and advice giver, namjoon. his friend group was small but he was satisfied.
namjoon walked out of the classroom and draped his arm over namjoon's shoulder. "how's my favorite dongsaeng doing?" namjoon asked while he started walking down the crowded hallways.
"honestly, not well. i didn't get anymore notes today. at this point i'm totally failing the test." jungkook whined.
"ahw, it'll be ok kookie. if you need a tutor i'm always available." namjoon was usually helping jungkook in math since it was his least favorite subject.
"thanks, hyung."
"of course! i'm off to history, catch up with you later though." namjoon disappeared into the crowd walking into a classroom.

mrs.chan was teaching while jungkook was staring out the window as usual. jungkook already knew everything about what she was teaching so why did he need to listen?
suddenly there was a knock at the door. all of the student's heads -except jungkook's- jerked towards the door and it opened to reveal the principal. everyone straightened up immediately, even mrs.chan.
"hello mrs.chan. we have a new student"

[taehyung focus]
"after the transition period is over we'll take you to your class." the principal said excitedly. taehyung just moved to seoul with his family to find better education for him and his siblings.
the bell rung meaning students should be in their classes. to taehyung the transition period was awfully short compared to his own school but it didn't bother him much. once the students cleared the halls the principal started walking, taehyung and his mother followed close behind.
they reached a door on the second floor in one of the hallways. "welcome to your 5th period, science. you already have your science supplied with you, correct?"
"yes sir." taehyung nodded his head towards the notebooks and pencils under his arm.
"good." the principal knocked on the door and soon opened it. "hello mrs.chan. we have a new student"
taehyung waved and smiled. "oh, welcome!" mrs.chan said. "please, come in and introduce yourself." taehyung walked inside of the classroom leaving his mom and the principal behind.
"hi," taehyung said. the whole class was jungshook. everyone was whispering to each other about how deep and sexy taehyung's voice was. "i'm kim taehyung."
"thank you. you can sit down in front of jungkook. jungkook please raise your hand. jungkook?"
jungkook snapped out of his thoughts and shook his head looking at the teacher. "pardon?"
mrs.chan sighed. "jungkook are you even paying attention?"
"uh, y-yes mam."
she sighed before addressing taehyung. "your seat is in front of him." taehyung nodded and looked at jungkook smiling. jungkook's mouth dropped. this was the first time he had looked at the new boy and fuck...he was fine. jungkook quickly straightened up and smiled back.
as he was walking to his desk he heard whispers around the room about how handsome he was or his voice. he sat down and held out his hand in front of jungkook. "name's taehyung, what about you?"
"j-jungkook." jungkook shook his hand. jungkook didn't even have to look to now that a bunch of girls in the room were staring at jungkook and taehyung.
taehyung nodded and smiled again. his beautiful smile could kill someone alone. jungkook blushed a bit. taehyung turned back around and faced the front. jungkook felt something small hit the side of his head.
he looked at the direction it came from and saw hoseok pointing at the floor. jungkook looked down and saw a small piece of paper wadded up into a ball. he picked it up from the floor and unfolded the note reading it.
'WARNING: total hottie on campus. WE ALL SAW YOU BLUSH JUNGKOOKIE!!! >-<'
jungkook smiled to himself and rolled his eyes. he crumpled the paper back up and directed his attention back outside the window.
what jungkook didn't notice was taehyung glancing at him every now and then.
