He didn't know how fast it happened, as now he was tied against the wall, the woman was nowhere to be seen.

All he knows is, as he was in the mid-way of telling her all of what happened to him, he saw her eyes widen and her sharp gaze fell on his slightly exposed skin, where the scar was present.

With a gasp she got up, making him widen his eyes in shock when she raises a literal cup, a fragile cup to his head and hits him sharp on the neck, knocking him out cold.

When he woke up, with a terrible pain in his head, his first move was moving around, only to find out he was tied up.

Not gagged by a cloth like he expected, but still, the rough rope hurt his skin badly.

He gasps when a door opens in the isolated room, and which looks like, two hunched figures come into the room.

"The boy's over there"A familiar voice rings in his ears as some dull light illuminates the room, only to have him gasp in pure shock at seeing a face he expected to see.

"Maria?"

He asks with shock and wide, blown eyes when he sees the woman standing there with another man, and one more figure on his side.

"Hoseok"She gulps with guilt looking at the boy .

"You're alive!?"He asks in a loud voice.

"As you can see I am, son"She answers with a sigh.

"How!?"Hoseok asks again.

"You see Hoseok, when those demons were attacking us the past year, they just choked me, their main attention was you, in that he didn't realize when I only fainted in his hold...."

She walks closer to his tied figure.

"...I woke up before the fire could get bigger, and escaped through the broken window before it all could blow up.."

She looks at him and a frown spreads through her face.

Seeing the look on her face, Hoseok feels his mind register all the things..

"There's no time to think boy, I need to kill you before things get more rotten"

Ok, what?

"Kill me?"He asks with widened eyes as the unknown man crouches down, taking his chin in his ahmd, nearing a knife to his neck making him gulp in fear.

"Don't act all innocent Hoseok, we both know what's the reason those leeches are back to haunt us all"She spits, her guilt long gone, replaced by anger.

"No no, you don't understand—"

"Hush boy, Rebecca told me all that you told her, you are the cause of all this!"She sneers out and his gaze falls to the woman beside her, who's averting her eyes away from the scene.

"No Maria, that's no i—ahh!"

He flinches and yelps when the knife nears his throat even more, now the tip on his adam's apple.

"Now?"The man asks the woman, with a quetioning look on his face.

"Hurry before something happens!"

Turning around to not see the horrible scene, Maria closes her eyes, as the man bites his lip, ready to slit the male's throat.

The light bulb above them shakes with some force as it makes the male turn his gaze upwards with a frown, letting go of Hoseok.

"What the—"

A piercing scream echoes in the room when the bulb explodes and the shards land and piece into the skin of the unknown male's skin making him hiss.

Hoseok yelps when the bulb explodes and the knife drops on the ground near to his feet, making him side shove the male to the ground with his tie fists and grunts getting up from his position in a hurried pace.

"You fool, get that brat!"Maria screams in fear and kicks the male in the side, too rough for a fifty-six year old woman.

Hoseok had his breath ragged as he fumbles his hands to twist the knob.

"Get back here!"

Sighing when the door opens as his figure jumps out the room, leading him too a staircase as he runs up to them, almost tripping a step in his hurried state.

"Maria, what if those demons come back!?"The woman asks in a fearing voice as the woman smirks.

"Oh Becca, don't you worry.."

She looks down at the devil's trap on the ceiling and her smirk widens.

"..if they do come...they'll be trapped in that, no demon can avoid stepping into that, plus they'll never see it coming"She averts her look towards the male rubbing his irritated skin.

"Now go get that boy"

(A Devil’s Trap can be drawn on the floor or ceiling and if a demon can be tricked into stepping inside of it, they’re trapped there. It doesn’t hurt or kill them, but it does hold them in place)
