I woke up with Khia on my chest. I then picked my phone up reading 1:26 AM. I looked next to me not seeing Y/N. I got up picking a sleeping Khia up going to put her in her room as I seen Y/N knocked out sleep on her bed.
I just chuckled laying Khia in the bed covering her up then went on the other side waking Y/N up.

"Hmm?" Y/N asked in a tired tone as her face frowned up but she never opened her eyes. "Come on baby" I said as she slowly got out the bed and I placed my hand on her back directing her to our bed.

I closed Khia's door watching Y/N get in the bed. I got in the bed next to Y/N as she brushed up against me and I wrapped my arm around her waist and kissed her neck making her groan.

"I'm tired" she whined as I chuckled "how was it with my momma?" I asked as she looked back at me. "It was really good, we're all going out for breakfast in the morning" she said laying her head back down. I kissed the back of her neck as she giggled.

I rubbed my hand over her breasts giving them a good squeeze as she moaned lowly. "I'm sleepy baby" she said as I smirked "just lay right there" I simply said getting under the covers. "Khia is in the other room stop" she said giggling pulling the covers back as I pulled them back over me.

I kissed her stomach and pulled her pants down along with her underwear. "I thought we were being celibate" she brought up and I pulled the cover back looking at her as she giggled. "We never said shit about being celibate" I stated as she held my chin "you can wait til tomorrow" she stated fixing herself as I kissed her belly making her giggle.

"Stop kissing my belly ain't nothing in there but crab legs" she joked as I chuckled and kissed her stomach looking up at her. "What you thinking?" She asked rubbing my waves in their direction. "You never got pregnant, had a pregnancy scare or nothing like that?" I asked out of curiosity as she smiled.

"No because I'm on birth control to prevent it" she stated as I chuckled "such a goody goody" I teased as she laughed and I kissed her stomach. "I only had one" she started off "that was when we first met each other" she explained.

"You said you were on birth control" I brought up. "Yeah but I didn't know you and the way we fucked I was buggin I just knew I was pregnant even on birth control" she expressed as I chuckled continuing to kiss her stomach.

"No matter what happens with us I still want a baby by you" she said as I looked up at her. "I still want to be your friend if anything happened because you're cool and you're good with Khia " she expressed with a smile as I smiled. "It sounds like you want one now but I ain't trippin off it" I stated.

"I do but for my grandmother" she admitted "I just don't want to be seen as you just got with dababy and now you're pregnant and blah blah blah" she explained as I kissed her stomach one last time then came up and kissed her lips.
"Stop worryin bout what others got to say they gon talk anyway. If you want this then I'm all for it" I said then kissed her lips softly making her faintly smile.

I laid next to her "you need to stay out of trouble though Jonathan" she stressed as I looked over at her. "I am" I said as she looked over at me. "I got you" I assured her as she smiled. We slowly went back to sleep after talking.

Y/N and I woke up before khia getting ready as I called my mother about the restaurant we were all meeting at for breakfast. I then got Khia ready as Y/N was in the shower.

"Good morning baby" I said kissing her cheek "good morning daddy" she said as I smiled and I got an email from my lawyer saying they were dismissing my charges which was the charges Sabrina was going to use against me for this custody battle.

"Baby girl you want to stay with me?" I asked her as she nodded and smiled causing me to smile. "Bae!" I shouted "Bae!" I yelled again as she came where I was wrapped in a towel dripping wet. "I said yeah like five times, what's wrong?" She asked "they dismissing the charges Sabrina was using against me in court" I said excitedly as she smiled and hugged me.

"Hold on let me get dressed" she said running back in our room getting dressed as I finished getting Khia together. "They just told you?!"
Y/N asked coming in the room dressed.

"Yeah my lawyer sent me an email he tried calling but a nigga wasn't up at no six in the mornin" I said showing her the email as she smiled. "That's good Baby!" She exclaimed hugging me as I hugged her back. She kissed my cheek as I smiled. "Khia you ready to come live with daddy?" I asked as she smiled causing Y/N to giggle.

"Go get ready" Y/N said picking Khia up as Khia started playing with the curls in Y/N's hair. "Aight" I said kissing her cheek going to get ready.

I finished getting ready as I sprayed some cologne on my body.

I came behind Y/N as her and Khia were taking pictures. I cheesed as Y/N smiled and Khia cheesed. In the middle of pictures Khia kissed Y/N's cheek as I smiled and Y/N smiled at her "thank you mamas" Y/N thanked smiling.

Y/N placed her on the ground as we looked at each other and I chuckled. "What?" I asked as she shook her head. "Nothing" she stated smiling as we headed to go eat breakfast with my mother.

We were talking as Khia climbed on Y/N's lap taking pictures while we were all talking. "They dismissed the charges ma" I brought up as my mother smiled hard. "That's good baby" my mother said as Y/N smiled. "Lil momma out hea' taking up someone's storage" Thankgod said as I just shook my head "they been taking pictures all morning" I said as my mother giggled.

"So we're doing Christmas in Orlando with two families combined that's smart" my mother brought up. "Yeah it's going to be a week" Y/N informed. "Everyone is going to fly out before Khia and I cus I got a show so I'll be there later than everyone else and Y/N has to work" I explained.

"Sounds like a plan" my momma said with a smile. "Now I'm going to warn you guys before the time comes, my mother side is straight but my uncle Mario is retarded" she started off as we laughed. "my cousin is coming along and I have issues with her but we should be good for a week" Y/N said smiling.

"It's gon be straight it has a pool, a theater, a game room allat" I said as my mother smiled. "It's going to be fun depending on how this goes this year you two should probably do this every year" my mother brought up as Y/N and I looked at each other.

"Yeah" I said agreeing "and how we doing gifts is everyone each gets 1 gift per person in the house" I informed as we all agreed. "It's bout to be lit" I said fist bumping Y/N as she giggled.
