after the boys walked off, I went to my first class- math. Lucky for me it wasn't too hard to find this class. I walked in and was greeted by a teacher who seated me next to a girl who smiled at me.
the girl was friends with another girl in front as she was turned around talking to her. or at least she was, until I came. now they were staring at me before the girl next to me blurted out, "is it true that you talked to them?" you give her a confused look, "you are the new girl, right?" she asks slightly backtracking. when you nod she says," well there's rumours that you had a fight with the most popular boys in the school."
I finally understand what she's on about," oh those brats, it wasn't a fight, just a little misunderstanding let's say"
"well, I'd be careful if I were you, although jenny here says their popular, not in the way you'd assume. We mean everyone knows them because everyone is terrified of them." The other girl says and shivers even just thinking about them.
"What is there to be scared of, they're just a bunch of teenage boys?"
"well there's six of them; the sporty one, the tough one, the smart one, the tech one, the player and the gentleman." I laughed slightly about how much they knew about these boys." they're all so hot and badass known as the bad boys of the school or even city."
id had enough talking about those boys so I change the subject to the girls I was talking and was introduced to jenny and lucy. before we get a chance to talk properly the class begins so we stop talking.
the lesson was relatively easy as I had already done this in my old school. before I knew it the lesson had ended and jenny says she'll meet me outside my last class before lunch.
I managed to push through the crowds of students to get to my next class. when I get to the class everyone is already seated and the class is very full apart from 6 seats at the back. the teacher looks at me and says," you're the new British student arent you. you're lucky this lesson there's an absent student who sits over there," she points at one of the empty seats at the back.
I walk over to the seat hear a few whispers saying," she's so dead" and things like that but I just ignored it. I sat down and the lesson began.
when we where 15 minutes into the lesson the door flies open and everyone's eyes go straight to the door. there stand those boys. that's when I understand the six seats at the back. I must be sitting in their friend's seat that wasn't here.
they give the teacher a look before coming to their seats, other students continued their work, talking to each other. they all take their seats and the one next to me says smirking, "oh Dylan I didn't think you were in today, and ghee you got pretty hot I must say." Dylan must be the one not here "careful there, ace, that ones got quite a mouth on her."
I just rolled my eyes and continued writing. then I see a hand taking my pen, I look and see it was the boy on the other side of me, "hey we're talking to you," he snaps," yeah but you see im not talking to you, take the hint," I snap back. with that, I snatch my pen back, put my airpods on and play music loud enough to block them out.
the next few lessons, some had the boys in, we didn't talk, the most was a few looks from them. I guess because everyone was scared of the boys, the only spare seats were the ones surrounding them. this meant I have to sit right near them in nearly every class. lucky for me some of the lessons they skipped and if they did attend they would be late.
it was finally lunch and jenny was waiting outside my class just like she said she would be. we walked to the cafeteria and met lucy there we went and sat down on a table. it doesn't seem like they were going to get food so ill just eat when I get home.
lucy started," so, have you talked to the boys anymore?"
"not really, they're in a lot of my classes though. they never come on time and they mess about and the teachers never tell them off."
jenny answered, "not only the students are scared of them, this means they get away with everything, teachers often see them smoking weed and they just walk straight past and pretend they don't see them."
"that's stupid," I say," yeah, what are they like," Lucy asked. " arrogant," is all I had to say to that.
there was a second of silence before jenny says," oh there's a party tonight you should come!"
"I don't have any plans tonight so sure, where is it?" I ask, "give me your snapchat and I'll message you it." I give her my snapchat and then we continue chatting until the bell rings
my last lesson is a free period so I decided to just go home.
I leave the car outside and go in the house to see a puppy run towards you. you pick him up and see it has a note attached to its collar.
a little surprise for you to say thank you, meet milo. love daddy
this chapter wasn't the most exciting but hopefully, it will get better
