Bye Bye Birdie
"I'm gonna-OW!" Tommy yelps.
Ruth gave him a (I'm sorry) type look.
"That greaser broke my nose!!" He growled!
Ruth nods as she wipes the leftover blood off his nose. "Well if you would've stopped calling him wetback then maybe he wouldn't have socked you."
Ruth said. In a matter of fact tone that bugged tommy. "Whatever, he has a bone to pick with me!"
He grumbled as he winced from the pain.
Ruth sighed and she hands him a rag "use this."
He snatched it from her and put it on his nose while grunting in discomfort.
"I gotta musical babe...see you soon...love you."
She said as she kissed his lips carefully not to accidentally touch his nose.
"Love you too," he mumbled as he kissed back.
She looked at him once more and he sat there in the dressing room, grinning.
She rolls her eyes at him and headed on stage.
Tommy sat there, waiting for Ruth but he wanted to watch her perform but his nose hurt too much so he stayed with the rag on his nose; grunting.
By the time it was six he was asleep and Ruth woke him up with a gentle kiss to his forehead.
"Hmmmm.." he Moaned sleepily
"The musical is over!" She huffed and tommy woke up groggily, his nose still hurt but he managed to stand and walk out with Ruthie.
Her phone soon buzzed and she sighed once it was Chuckie. "What?" She groaned.
"Charlie had a dream of a red room." The voice hissed through the Phone which made Ruth shiver.
"This is an evil place, run while you still can."
Then the phone went dead, Ruth looked over at tommy. "That-that wasn't Chuckie."
