Two years later

' Ugh, I'm so tired.'

Kakashi Hatake, who just turned 18 years old, had dragged and forced his body through the woods, and had released a loud yawn. As usual, he couldn't get enough sleep because of the nightmares he keeps having, though he found a way to lesson them a little so he can get enough sleep, but he was running out of the medicine, but luckily he grows them as well. It's a special root elves use to treat their people not only with sickness, but sleep problems as well. He had learned it from Rin when she noticed that he was having sleep problems, and basically forced him to eat it raw, but when she died, the nightmares returned full force, and there were no roots to help calm down the horrified dreams. But since he left his village, Kakashi had searched for days for the special roots, and had thankfully found a bunch of them, and when he is almost run out of it, he would go to his secret garden and harvest it. It wasn't easy to make a garden of it, so he had to research how to handle them, and thankfully had succeeded. As he was traveling over the years, Kakashi had taught himself how to fight against enemies, a mixture of elf and human, hybrid and elf, or hybrid and human moves. He copied them and trained hard for it, and when he tried it out in combat, it had worked charmingly, then later decided to earn money by becoming a hunter. The payment was good, though sometimes he has to disappear after his job, just to be safe that people doesn't recognize him. And as he traveled, he would also find some ill people to cure with the roots, though most of them were surprised that he had managed to get his hands on some of the elf's most valuable medicine. Kakashi had later found out that the root he had kept around was called the Miracle Root, the ability to heal, and that made him click how the elves were such perfect healers, especially Rin. Shaking his head, Kakashi had sat down on a boulder to take a long, needed rest before taking out a book he got and started to read it. He was surprised that his kind had a few books on the elves and hybrids, and it was from an explorer and experimental named Orochimaru who was a snake hybrid. The book was dated just 5 years before Kakashi's birth, even though he met the guy once, and was actually surprised that the hybrid let him life. Though he had remembered what the guy said.

Just because we're enemies, doesn't mean I will stop on my research, I already expermented on humans and elves, but I'm still trying to find some rare hybrids. Do pray we don't meet again, human, because then, I'll start experment on you~.

The look he gave him send a shiver down his spine, and had made a vow to never go near him or make himself presence. That's why he always disappear after jobs, wearing hoodies to hide in the shadows, or when he feels like it, disguise himself as a explorer named Saki with purple paint on his face, even covering the scar, an eye patch covering his one mismatch eye, and a brown wig covering his silver hair. It was easier for him to blend in as well, and could actually have a decent conversation with people without them giving him a hateful look. He even made a few friends, but had to leave them for his own safety, making up a story so that they will leave him alone. Sure, it hurt him, but he rather be safe than sorry than let them know who he really is, Kakashi was afraid what they will do to him. Letting out a sigh, Kakashi was about to stand up and walk again, until he heard someone screaming.

"Help! Somebody help us!"

Without even realising, Kakashi dashed towards the sound through the forest, and it had gotten louder when he neared the sound. Just as he turned around the corner of a tree, Kakashi saw a injured fox hybrid with a cub in her one arm, and they were surrounded by 4 humans with knives and machetes. The woman had long red hair, whiskers on her cheeks, red eyes and fangs, while the cub looked the same, only differences was that he had short blonde spikey hair. The hybrid was defending herself and her cub with a knife, though the four men didn't look bothered at all since the woman has no experience of weapons.

"Somebody help us!"

"Nobody is coming to rescue you, filth. Now stay still like a good hybrid so we can dismember you and the cub."

"Never!"

All four men smirked at her, and closed in on her, and as she swing the knife, one of them ducked before they went in for to kill- the cub, but the woman was quick and kneed him hard in the face, but the other guy on her left took the chance and brought his machete down on her arm, though she managed to lesson the the cut by dodging quickly, scraping her upper forearm. They were all ganging up on her, managing to leave more cuts and bruises on her, and the poor cub was crying in fear. Kakashi couldn't handle it, out of free will he dashe towards the group while taking out his katana, and with speed force, had cut the guy's head clean off who tried to kill the woman. The three men looked with horror while the woman and cub stare in shock, neither expecting that a human would turn against his own kind. The head rolled towards a few feet away from them, and the three men turned their attention on him, only to froze when the saw who it was.

"Shit, it's Kakashi Hatake!"

"Let's kill him!"

With that, all three men attacked him, though the were easily overpowered by Kakashi's unique fighting moves, so they didn't stand a chance against him. The woman stare in amazement while the cub aww'd at the scene, they could clearly see how more skilled he was than the others. There was only one left, but he sneered at Kakashi with such hatred made the woman think if it was even possible to have.

"So tell me traitor, how does it feel to turn against your own kind?"

"I didn't became a traitor by choice, my own kind made me."

"Yeah right, like I'll believe in Sakumo Hatake's filth creation! Like father like son."

Right after the guy spit on the ground, Kakashi glared at him, tightening around his sword before pointing at the man threateningly, making said man tense while the two hybrids gulped at the sight. They could clearly see how he got angry, and began to stare at him warily, but then begin to shiver in fear at the tone he spoke.

"Don't you dare, compere me, to that bastard father of mine. Walk away, and you don't want to end up like them."

"F-fine, but mark my words, I'll be back with more friends to avenge. We'll make you sorry."

With that the guy turned around and started to run, though Kakashi had other ideas, he pulled out a bow and began to point at the running guy. Taking a deep breath, he concentrated on him, marking his target, and released the arrow, and it shot right at the guy before it struck right through his neck and out of his throat. It killed the guy instantly, and the woman and the cub stared in shock as Kakashi lowered his bow and spoke.

"On second thought, it's best that he had to die as well."

Kakashi turned his attention to the two hybrids, make them froze in fear, knowing full well that they were no match for him, since he killed those humans within seconds that barely succeeded in murdering them. See their fear, Kakashi released a sigh before putting his weapons away, and gave them a warm smile to show he was not going to hurt them, and blinked in surprise and confusion when apologized to them.

"Sorry you had to see that, it was the only way to make sure you two were safe and out of harm's way. And as you already know, my name is Kakashi Hatake, and I'm a rogue against my own kind, as what you had witness."

Walking towards them and kneeling down, Kakashi gave them another warm smile, and the woman actually saw how sexy and handsome the young human looked. The cub stared at him curiously, and saw he wasn't going to hurt them at all. Returning the smile, but a tired one, the woman spoke up.

"M-my name is Kushina Uzumaki, and this is my son, Naruto Uzumaki."
