I Know I Said I Wouldn't But I Had Too...

Hamliza month Challenge day 1 and 2

1: New Years One Shot:

Eliza lay just barely awake on her couch. She was watching the countdown, and her boyfriend Alexander was the News Anchor.
She'd love for him ro be with her but it was cool seeing him on the TV. It was 7 minutes until 2020, and Eliza was feeling dead. She usually got way more sleep than this, and she could barely lift her eyelids.

But, soon came the loud, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1!!! Happy New Year!! From the TV, and Eliza was wide awake. The ball had been dropped and she saw her boyfriend, Alexander, clapping and smiling. She smiled tiredly. That's her Alex. She finally fell asleep, and a couple hours later Alexander is home with her. He collapses on the couch and holds her in his arms.

"I have a tiresome job," he whispers, "thank goodness I have an Angel like you waiting at home. I love you the most."

2: Fav Hamliza book?:

Definitely the "Alex and Eliza" trilogy by Melissa De La Cruz. My favorite book ever. (History has it's eyes on you by Starlight0487
Is my fav online book, but not over all.)
