Inko Midoriya, an inelegant woman, was saved by Kai Chisaki, the leader of his mafia type group. Inko then feels she owes her life to him, and works as his Consigliere. Izuku, having been caught accidentally killing someone by Chisaki, Is forced to work under him. Izuku still wants to be a hero, and will try anything he can to get his beloved mother out of her horrid situation, even if It kills everyone else around him, Except his Kacchan of course.

Now lets move on to that topic, Kacchan. Izuku Is obsessed, and has been since they met each other. Izuku thinks that Kacchan Is the best person that ever lived, even if Kacchan is all about his ego. He doesn't mean to hurt the almost innocent Deku, but he can't let his peers down.

         A long time ago, a man had a quirk that could be passed down via DNA. The quirk was unknown to his older brother, and he was considered quirkless. His older brother, who could steal people's quirks and use them for his own, passed down a quirk to the younger brother. This quirk gave him the ability to stockpile power within his body and can spread it throughout his body, making him stronger.
          This quirk, which has gone through changes and has been strengthened through the generations, has been passed down to Izuku Midoriya (9th holder) by Toshinori Yagi (8th holder) 
~Blackwhip (Barely mentioned around in Wikipedia but it will be included in this story)
~5 unidentified quirks (That I'll be adding myself to make this story more interesting)

          It is what it is. Izuku can move things with his mind. If that doesn't make sense look it up, but its a pretty common power for superheroes in comics and such.
