Sydney's p.o.v (point of view)
"Hurry up we gotta sign you up." My best friend Olivia yells while we run home from school. We where going to sign me up for a new website called "Meet and Greet." It was the most popular website around. It's where you make an account and you meet an talk to new people from all around the world.
Once we finally got to my house, we rushed to my laptop and typed in my pass code. When I got on the website and clicked sign up there was what seemed like 100000 questions. "Don't worry it's not that bad." Olivia reassured noticing me giving her a weird look. "Okay question one." I say as I read them out one by one as I fill them in.

I finished answering the other questions then I clicked sign up. "What are you doing!?" My dad asked while barging in sounding angry. "Did I say you could have a friend over?" My dad screamed as Olivia and I stood up in fear. "N...nn..no" I stuttered out while looking down at my feet. "Well then get out!" My dad said impatiently while giving Olivia the evil eye, I would of stood up for her but my dad would never let her over again. My dad was still in my room when I heard the door shut from Olivia leaving. "I'm going out tonight." My dad said walking out if my room and shutting the door behind him, I could tell he was still drunk from last night by the alcohol in his breath but I didn't care.
My mom walked out on me when I was 6 and my dad was an alcoholic. I have depression. I can't help it, I try to be happy, but whenever I am it gets ruined by the people at school or my dad hitting me, I know I should tell someone about my dad hitting me but I know he loves me somewhere in his heart and even if I did tell someone I would be taken away. Away from my best friend Olivia, my only friend.
I decided that I would go back on Meet and Greet" while my dad was out, it is a really fun website I meant so many nice people. but I was still having a conversation with one. His name was,
