Soulmate AU: You are only allowed to say your Soulmates name until you actually meet them and introduce yourselves.

The start of every school year was the same. We would stand at the front of the class and "talk". None of us at this age could really say anything but our soulmates name, so the hope in this was that maybe our soulmates would be in the same class as us so we could meet each other faster.
Of course, this hardly ever worked, because most of the time you would meet your soulmate in high school or college. But there have been those few rare cases of kids finding there soulmates in middle school, so it never hurt to try.
The teachers would call us up by desk number and make us speak/say our soulmates name. And if anyone in the class had that name we would raise our hands and speak/say our soulmates name. "Number 27." I heard my teacher call, that was me. I stood up and went to the front of the class. "Denki." I said, as that was the only word that has ever come out of my mouth for years. A kid with blond hair and a lighting bolt raised his hand. "(Y/N)?"
My eyes widened in shock. "Wait-!" I then gasped. I was taking, and not just the same word that I had to repeat for fourteen years, but a new word that I've only thought for years. My teacher gave me and Denki a bright smile. "Well it looks like you two have some catching up to do after class!"
