Shine Under The Moon (pokemon story)

Eevee!

I woke up by the smell of pancakes that had made its way to my room. I slowly got out of bed and grabbed some new clothes. Then i realized i had the same clothes on from yesterday, just then i heard movement behind me. I swung around to see the fox like creature begin to sturr as it got up and stretched on the pillow.
So it wasn't a dream!
I pulled on a blue shirt and jeans and rapped a white jacket around my waste.
"Ok little guy, your gonna have to stay here while i go and eat some food, ill bring some back for you, ok?"
The creature looks at me with slight anger in its eyes, tilting its head at me.
Did i do something wrong?
The creature then lowered its gaze and jumped on my bed, it spun around and sat down as it curled its tail around.
"Ok ill be right back, dont make to much noise ok?" I opened the door and stepped out closing it behind me. I hurried down the stairs as my stomach began to growl. i entered the kitchen to find my mom placing a big fluffy pancake on a plate. the strong sweet smell of syrup and pancake filled my nose, making my stomach growl even louder. 

"Oh your awake! Just in time to, I just finished, what do you think?" The table was nicely made with two plates full of fluffy pancakes with eggs on the side. 

"Wow! This looks great, you sure know my favorite breakfast don't you."

"I sure do! I decided to do something special since its the big day today!"

I froze for a second thinking of what she was talking about. What could be so important? I mean I was always one to forget things so i guess I must have forgot.

"W-Whats so special again?"I clasped my hands together as she swung to look at me. She looked shocked but then her faced calmed and she looked embarrassed.

"Oh thats right, it was a surprise, hahaha silly me! Well you will find out later."

She pulled out a chair and sat down, picking up her fork and looked at her food wondering what to eat first.

I pulled out my chair across from hers and sat down as well. I picked up my fork and began to eat the eggs, slowly drifting them to my mouth piece by piece. What on earth could be so important today? I moved onto my pancakes, I cut a piece and set it in my mouth. the flavor immediately came to my mouth and the texture was perfect. The syrup that had soaked into the pancake made the pancake have even more flavor.

Once I had finished most of my pancake i remembered that i had to save some for my new friend. 

"Hey mom, can I go to my room?"

"hmmm?" she turned her head from washing the dishes. "Yeah of course. set your plate there" she said as she pointed to the counter beside the sink. I took a napkin to set the rest of the pancake on, making sure she didn't see, and placed my plate down. I walked up the stairs and went into my bedroom. I closed the door as the creature jumped up and down on my bed. 

"Eevee! Eevee! Eevee!" It chanted happily as it jumped.

"Why hello there!" I chuckled at how much the creature had changed, and how happy it was to see me."

I placed the piece of pancake on my bed. The creature looked at it and tilted its head, then turned its head to me looking worried. "Its ok" I said "Its food, its really good, maybe even better than the snack bar you had yesterday." I smiled as the fox creature perked its ears and looked at the pancake again. It slowly walked towards it and then finally nibbled at the fluffy pancake. The creature jumped and licked its lips and the  started to sing happily. 

"Eeeeeeeeevvvvveeeeeeee- EEVEE!" It jumped up and down once more before finishing the pancake. 

"Now, what should I call you?" the creature cocked its head at me and sat down, rapping its tail around itself as it always does. "Eevee?"

Hmmmmmm, what would be a good name. I looked at its beautiful fluffy fur that stood out from the rest of the room. the fox like creature was mostly a light grey, there being white like snow on the end of its tail, and the fluff on its neck. The fluff on its neck was beautiful and went well with its long bunny like ears. Its tail was big and floofy and looked like it was just a big bundle of fluff.

I mean it did say eevee all the time, maybe that was its name. "I think ill just call you eevee, at least for now, what are you anyway? Male or Female?" Eevee looked at me tilting its head as it always does. "Are you a boy?" Eevee took on a more stern face and let out a low growl. "Oh, so your a girl?" Eevee calmed down and smiled, perking its ears "Eevee!" 

"Oh, that must be why you looked angry when I called you a little guy earlier, well I might say that every once in a while, but im not referring to you as male ok?" Eevee smiled again, looking pleased. 

"Honey, come here for a sec why don't ya!" the sound of my mothers voice found its way to my room. 

"Well little guy, im going to have to leave for a little while again." Eevee's ears went down and looked down at its paws. "eeeeveee.." it said sadly.

"Im sorry, ill try to be quick Eevee."

I ran out my room closing my door and glided down the stairs to the living room. She wasn't there. I then went to the kitchen where I see mom talking to someone by the front door. Mom spun around as I neared her.

"Oh hey! I would like you to see someone." She moved out the way to reveal....

HA, U THOUGHT I WASN'T GONNA GIVE U A CLIFF HANGER< JOKES ON U! Sry love you guys XD ill try to get another chapter to u soon, as long as I don't loose motivation. I also have a new story im about to work on so look out for that! Hopefully the first chapter of that comes out soon.
