Legosi / Happy Little Encounters

Beastars is low key my favorite manga at the moment so if you're an anime-only and you want to get ahead of the anime I suggest using Manga Rock Pro since they are up to date with all the chapters as far as I'm concerned. Ok, I'm done rambling, my bad.

There was a cool breeze in the air that carried the scent of mildew and daisies. It was a pleasant feeling Legosi couldn't quite pinpoint but excepted openly nonetheless. Haru moved at a steady pace, somewhat dragging Legosi by his paw to somewhere on the roof. She had said something a little while ago about another club member that she wanted him to meet and to be quite honest he thought Haru was the only member in the gardening club.

When the conversation of meeting this other member arose he was on the fence of the whole thing. He honestly was a bit self-conscious about what they would think about him, but Haru made it clear that they were extremely easy going and wouldn't mind his overall 'Big Bad Wolf' appearance.

"God, you are such a worrywart."

Haru punched him playfully in the arm as Legosi looked down at her confused. Bending his back at what looked to be a very uncomfortable position to contain the same eye level as the dwarf rabbit.

"Uhh—what do you mean?"

"Your hands are like super clammy ya know. Are you this nervous around everyone you meet, I mean, you did act a bit strange the first time we met but aren't you a second year? You need to really up your social skills."

"I-I'm sorry..."

Legosi rubbed the nape of his neck and snatched his paw from Haru's delicate hands. Haru put her hands on her hips and her face turned into a cute pout.

"That's nothing to be sorry for you know, Learn to take a joke! Though...you really do need to get better with socializing."

"Ahh...yeah."

Legosi unconsciously stood up from his back bent position with a small sheepish smile plastered on his snout.

Their conversation, however, was interrupted by the very thing they had been talking about or hinting at the very least. A gleefully looking chinkara seemed to be looking in there direction, gently waving the duo over. Haru waved in return and sped up a bit to reach what Legosi assumed to be the other club member. Legosi stood awkwardly as the two herbivores shared greetings, then to his surprise, the chinkara looked past Haru to Legosi's own figure. They looked a little startled by his large appearance but stood from their seat hastily and extended their hand out nonetheless.

"Its...a pleasure to meet you. My name is (Surname) (Forename), you can just call me (Forename).

(Forename) gave him a genuine closed-eyed smile and waited for Legosi to introduce himself.

"Oh! You can just call me Legosi, year two class B...it's nice to meet you."

Legosi shook your own furry hand and gave you an awkward toothy smile that made your blood run cold. His fangs glimmered in the afternoon sun and his small pupils seemed to burn into your own. Your legs twitched a bit but you ignored them, he looked nice enough...I mean Haru seemed to like him a lot, you were just paranoid was all.
