The heroes arrived at Spagonia in day time Leo returned to normal so Mikey07 asked " uh dude did you returned to normal when we got here in daylight" btts Leo told Mikey07 that Leo returned to normal at day when they were at windmill isles and turn into a wereturtle at night soon they turn left way to Spagonia University once they got here it was not only April12 was kidnapped but Professor Pickle as well Draco said in shocked " what Professor Pickle and April's been kidnapped" Professor Pickle's Assistant said " it was a little bit before the tremors hit this old man showed up with a and a and a whole pack of robots they carried poor Professor Pickle and April off lab data and all" Don03 said " it can't be" Leo spoke " that sure sounds like Eggman" Chip said " what a horrible thing to do we've got to go help that professor guy and April girl out and fast if they got kidnapped that long ago they're to be hungry by now and-and if l was that hungry I-I don't know how long I would last I'd rather be dead" with that Chip's body falls to the floor with his ghost floats in the air before noticing his own body Don12 said " I-I'm sure Eggman is feeding them even he's not that cruel" Leo agreed " okay let's go and find the professor and April" the group were told by the townspeople that Eggman had taken the professor and April to the hideout in Mazuri in case if they got trouble they needed April and Casey's help they told them about the kidnapping so they came along and Charizard come with them too they flew to Mazuri by the Shell Plane once they got here Leo turns into a wereturtle since it was night at Mazuri Casey12 freaked out " ahh a werewolf turtle" Raph12 calmed him down saying " easy Casey it's just Leo" Raph87 said " uh should we ask anyone where Eggman keep the professor and April at" Mikey asked one of the villagers about where the hideout was they told him the hideout was located somewhere so they went farther from the village they came across the same creatures they fought at atopos except some of them were flowers Mikey12 said in shocked " oh no there's living flowers dudes" Leo fought the creatures until they turn into purple smoke they had climbed over things they couldn't reach until they fight Eggman's robots some of the robots welded electric swords and sheilds along with the creatures Leo fight the creatures using his combat skills

The creatures were no match for Leo's wereturtle form the heroes made it to the hideout where Professor Pickle and April12 were kept Don12 called out " Professor Pickle, April are you all right we got here as fast as we could" Ruby places Don on her back flies up to the Professor and April12 in a cell along with Chip and Nycto who was holding Don12 knocking on the cell saying " Professor" Chip said " uh hello" Professor Pickle said holding up the sandwich " how dare they call this culinary concoction food look here do you see this sorry excuse for a sandwich the bread should be no less 3/4 of an inch thick upon it one tablespoon of mayonnaise and a pinch of black pepper the contents: FRESH cucumber sliced thinly if you please am I right Donatello" Chip said " I know I learned something here today" Don rubbed the back of his head saying " P-Professor it's good to see you haven't changed" Professor Pickle asked " but tell me what brings you here the menu is hardly worth the trip if you ask me" Don12 said " n-no Professor we came here to rescue you and April" pressed a button opening the cell the professor was reminded" oh oh I see how rude of me right first things first it's about time someone taught the chief here how to make a proper sandwich" April12 called out " uh Professor should we leave now" Don87 blocked the Professor's path saying " you can file a complaint later Professor" Leo steps up said " let's get out of here before Eggman's welcome committee shows up" Professor Pickle agreed " oh yes quite but let us be sure to collect the contents of that vault before departing" Leo leaps punches the vault so hard that it breaks Don prime retrieved the Gaia Manuscripts hands them to the Professor said " ahh thank you those documents are our only hope for surviving this crisis let's go there's no time to lose we're half - starved after being fed nothing but those terrible sandwiches" Chip flies up to Professor Pickle offered " want some chocolate Professor" Professor Pickle accepted " my my don't mind if I do" Leo and U-Raptor shrugged at each other looked at the others eyes widened jaw dropped after seeing a vault punch Leo snapped them out of it and get on the Shell Plane on their way to Spagonia April12 asked " guys what happened to Leo he looks like a mix of turtle and werewolf" Leo12 explained to April12 about that Leo was fighting Eggman in space then got trapped in his super form having the chaos emeralds drained breaking the planet apart awakened a creature from the planet's core turing Leo into a wereturtle and falling from space Leo prime also said that Leo change forms between day and night the heroes had arrived at Spagonia at Professor Pickle's lab they listen to Professor Pickle as Chip drinks tea Professor Pickle explained " these ancient documents are known as the Gaia Manuscripts they tell the legend of a disaster that befell our planet some tens of thousands of years ago" btts Don asked " a disaster" Professor Pickle said " quite and according to the Gaia Manuscripts this isn't the first time the planet has been broken apart into pieces" the others gasped Professor Pickle continued " the cause lies at the very core of the planet all of the phenomena we've witnessed are the direct result of one creature the hyper energy organism spawned at the planet's core Dark Gaia" Raph prime then asked " so how do we stop this Dark Gaia and put the world back together?" Professor Pickle answered " luckily Dark Gaia has yet to be fully reborn we most likely have Dr Eggman's pre-mature wake up call to thank for that if we act now we may be able to restore the planet by returning power to the chaos emeralds ( Leo pulls out one of the chaos emeralds) Leonardo you,your family and your allies must travel to each of the temples listed in the Gaia Manuscripts the planet's power will restore the chaos emeralds and in turn the chaos emeralds will restore the planet and help it heal naturally" the heroes exited the university go back to Mazuri this time in the day

Where Eggman had the villagers line up by the egg fighters one of the villagers asked " wh-who are you" Eggman replied " oh ho ho ho fear not my good villagers if you all behave I won't have to do anything nasty all you do is tell me where the temple of Gaia is" Kwod shouts " we're not telling you anything" Eggman got hit by a rock as orbot laughs saying " so you dare to defy me do you" just then Leo shows up destroys the egg fighters with his katanas Eggman said in shocked " wh-whaaat Leonardo" Leo lands on the ground as the others landed beside him Leo said " hey Eggman thanks for that little skydiving adventure the other day" Eggman says " I should have known you'd still be alive you stubborn little turtle" U-Raptor asked " what are you doing out here?" Eggman answered " I see no reason to tell you and your friends in any case I'm busy farewell" Eggman flies away in his egg mobile Chip saying while trying Eggman " wha- hey wait that's playing dirty come baaack!" Leo said " just ignore him is everyone here all right?" The villagers thanked the heroes so they run after Eggman Leo and U-Raptor sped ahead of them Don and others had catch up thanks to the speed braces created to catch up to speedsters they found Eggman with a robot Leo shouted " Eggman!" Eggman notice him and the others saying " rrgh how'd you get here so quickly no matter your road ends here" the heroes slides to stop as Eggman fly in front of them saying " behold my new power "Egg Beetle" go"

They started fighting the robot Charizard started using flamethrower on the Egg Beetle DG said " your robot doesn't look like a beetle it's more like a spider" the mad scientist spoke " what my robot is superior not just a design" Raph12 punched the weak point on the egg beetle saying " talk about a design flaw" U-Raptor shot a fire ball at a robot on the weak spot Leo delivered a final blow on the Egg Beetle and explode Draco spoted something said " hey guys look" the heroes looked at a temple Leo asked " is that the temple of Gaia" Leon said " let's check it out" they enter the temple were amazed at the structure Ut said in amazed " whoa awesome"  Leo07 asked " what is this place" Chip files towards the altar asking " hey what's this hole" Leo warned " wait there could be some kind of-" before being cut off as the pedestal rises from the altar place a green chaos emerald in the pedestal restoring its power Chip cheered " wahoo the emerald's come back to life" Leo said in realizing " this was the temple of Gaia that's got to be why Eggman was keen on taking the place over" suddenly the temple started to shake causing everyone losing their balance with Victini and Volcanon saying " here we go agaaaain" the beam of light shoots into the air one of the planet's pieces reconnets as soon the team begin to head out Don reported " guys good news the planet one of the broken pieces of the planet moved back into place" Charizard said as he high threed Chip " all right nice job" Don pulls out a device that look like a tablet saying " take a look" showing everyone the planet's piece moved back to place and reconnets Mikey12 said " sweet" Don07 spoke " at this rate we'll have the whole world back together at no time Leo" Leo said in remark " a planet sized jigsaw puzzle sounds like a great excuse to see the world" the heroes headed to the shell plane Greninja called " we might tell the professor about the temple " Mewtwo asked about her ally's transformation " but about Leo would anyone be scared of him when in his wereturtle form" Don12 answered " uh I don't know Mewtwo we might head back to Spagonia asap" the shell plane took off to Spagonia
