Andy groaned as he rolled over in his bunk, they were back on the road heading to their next venue and he couldn't fall asleep due to his uterus wanting to torture him. Since he started his HRT with testosterone his period had been more and more irregular and varying in intensity with cramps. This was one of the worst ones he's had in a few years and he was really debating his decision to not get a hysterectomy.

He sighed as he continued to try to get comfortable, hoping the Advil he took would kick in soon, and that the hot water bottle her was currently cuddling to his stomach hoping it would relieve the cramps.

"Andy!"

Andy jumped hearing CC's voice from outside of the curtain of his bunk, he groaned as he shifted again slowly rolling over and pulling the curtain open, hearing the urgency in CC's voice but also tired and frustrated.

"We have a problem." CC said showing Andy his phone, Andy winced as the bright light temporary blinded him, blinking until his vision adjusted as he frowned reading the headline. It was an article by LoudWire, claiming that Ashley was secretly gay and hooking up with a man, the picture below the headline was Ashley and Alex kissing outside of the hotel they were just in.

"This isn't good." Andy swallowed, quickly sitting up, the pain of his cramps forgotten as concern for Ashley and Alex replaced it.

"No it isn't, the rest of the article is worse, the author made ridiculous claims that Ashley's been secretly hooking up with men for years and that he's lied to everyone about his sexuality, and for some reason they've proposed a theory that he's possibly transgender for some reason." CC shook his head as he turned off his phone.

"What the actual fuck." Andy couldn't even begin to process the absurdity of those claims as he climbed out of his bunk, "we need to talk to Jess, she'll help us come up with a plan to clear this up, we also need to obviously tell Ashley, Jon too, and Blasko, fuck we need someone to call Josh." Andy was panicking now, knowing they needed Jessica, their PR representative to help them set up a plan to deal with the media backlash from both fans and publications, and Josh their label representative from Lava Records who would have a hell of a time dealing with this.

"I've already texted Josh and told him who Alex is and that him and Ashley are dating and that they've been together for a significant amount of time for the record label to be okay with and he said he's pretty sure they won't care about a same-sex relationship, but he's not 100% sure." CC told him, "how about you wake Ashley and tell him, the faster he knows about this the better, and I'll talk to Jess, Ashley will probably call Alex right away."

"Alex probably already knows, he's a fanboy, and he's close with a lot of other fans of the band." Andy sighed, hating that Alex would deal with backlash from Ashley's insane fans that seemed to love lashing out an any of his romantic partners.

Andy's phone started to buzz, signaling that he was receiving a rapid amount of texts. He frowned as he reached into his bunk thinking it was Juliet and not wanting to deal with it as he checked his phone.

"Well, speak of the devil, it's Alex, he saw the article." Andy said showing CC his phone seeing the Alex had sent the LoudWire article and then a string of concerned texts

Is Ashley okay he isn't answering my calls?

Andy seriously please I need to know.
