Saturday

I met up with Tulip in the mall, like she asked.
It took a half hour bus ride to get here seeing as my Mum wouldn't take me, not that I minded. Having time alone just sitting staring out the window is relaxing, now that I can recognise when my stop is coming up by what's outside.

Tulip and I waited for her friends to show up, so with some time to spend we got drinks from costa. I got a hot chocolate, with cream, Tulip bought a mocha with a ginger bread man. We sat on some steps outside while waiting for Mandy and May.

"So how's it with Mr Leblanc~~?" She casts up.

"Uuurrrghh!" I groan, "He's my friend! I shouldn't feel like this!"

"I knew you liked him! It was obvious on your face!" She boasted. "It's fine, you'll handle it. I bet he's good in bed though." She teases.

"Don't! Put that in my head!" I playfully slap her back.

"Bet he's a major dom—"

"Nope!" I interrupt.

She burst out laughing while I blushed big time.

"Hey guys!" Mandy calls waving her arms out.

"Oh Mandy!" Tulip and I get up.

"Mays just coming I think!" She rushes up to us on the steps.

"She wants us to meet her at costa." Mandy then adds.

"Welp! I could do with more hot chocolate I guess!" I look at the now empty cup in my hand.

"I wonder if they could reuse these cups, we might get a discount." Tulip leads the way.

"Hi!" May greets with her cup in hand.

"What you get?" I ask curiously.

"Just hot chocolate and cream." She looks to me.

"That's what I get, it's the best!" I smile, finally agreeing with Tulips friends. I wonder if I can get a closer friendship with them. Having more friends couldn't hurt.

"Yeessss it's amazing!" She smiles back, enthusiastically.

We grabbed our drinks then headed on our way.

"Where to first?" I ask.

"The salon!" Mandy answers.

"You all have money with you? It shouldn't be much with the discount we're getting from my aunt. It's great having people you know work in places this fancy!" Mandy gets excited.

I'm not all that into fashion or hair and things. I honestly don't know how a hair dressers can be fancy, they better have comfy seats at least. This is actually the first time I'll be doing anything with my hair and makeup, other than the usual stuff I do. So this should be interesting for everyone, including myself.

We arrived at the salon and indeed it was fancy. The outside it's self was so modern looking with its simple black and gold paint and design. The windows were blacken so you couldn't see in all that well, it was so clean it was like looking in a mirror.

When we got inside I noticed, though on the outside the windows were dark, on the inside the windows let in light and allowed you to look out in a private (creepy) way. The floor, is marble, pinky white with gold, it helped reflect the lights around the place. The reception desk has a chic design that stood out.

"Hello, have you girls got an appointment?" The young male asks.

"Yes, we're under Hazel." Mandy confidently informs him.
