It had been 6 months since Amy broke up with Teddy yet he's still begging for her back! He would follow her into work everyday and follow her to shaws bar. Basically she had a stalker now. She knew what she had to do to (hopefully) get rid of him for good.

"Hey Jake..." Amy walked up to Jakes desk trying to to attract to much attention.
"Hey Ames what's up?" Amy loved it when Jake called her Ames, it made her feel as though they were married or something.
"Right this is gonna sound weird but please can you pretend to be my boyfriend tonight? Teddy's been following me and he keeps asking me out. I thought If he thought I had a boyfriend then he would leave me alone! What do you think? I totally get it if you don't want to though."
"Of course." Secretly Jake wished that it wasn't pretended and that it was real. He has had a crush in her for about a year now. Still he was happy to help her out.
"Thank you so much Jake!"

"Hey Amy ready?" Jake arrived at Amy's apartment so they could walk to shaws together in order to look more couple like.
"Yep thanks again for doing this!"

As they were walking to shaws Jake moved his hand so his and Amy's would touch. With that gesture the two held hands. Both grinning from ear to ear.

Teddy. Teddy was stood outside shaws as if he was waiting for Amy to arrive, which he was, Jake and Amy walked up to shaws hand in hand.
"I see you and Peralta are together now Amy." Teddy said slyly.
"Yeah we are." Amy's voice was unsteady with nerves.
"Well you know you'd be better of with me now don't you?" Teddy grabbed Amy's wrist and tried to pull her nearer to him.
"Let of me Teddy!" A tear streamed down her face in fear.
He wouldn't let go.
"Teddy let her go or else!" Jake threntaned.
"Awww how cute your boyfriends trying to save you! Well ex boyfriend anyway!" With that Jake swiftly punched Teddy in the face causing him to release Amy.

"Jake I'm so sorry I got you involved in this, I didn't think he would do anything like this." Amy sobbed into Jakes chest, she was so upset about what happened that night and embarrassed.
"Amy you don't need to apologise, I'm just glad that I was there to help you!" Jakes soothing voice sent her to sleep.

The next morning Amy awoke in Jakes bed and arms. Everything from the night came back to her and she realised something; getting rid or Teddy wasn't the only reason she asked Jake to be her pretend boyfriend, it was because she was in love with him.
"Jake, Jake wake up." Amy gently shook him till he began to wake up.
"Hey ames what's up?"
"Jake I love you." Amy blurted out but it was the right thing to do.
"Amy santiago I love you too!" The twos lips collided and that was the start of a whole new life.
