"Finn..." Millie whispered while she gently shaked her boyfriends arm.
"Mills? What's wrong love?" Finn asked with a sleepy voice. "I can't sleep...nightmares." the pretty brown haired girl said to her sleepy boyfriend. Finn immediately turned on the the night lamp and hugged her tight. It was quiet for a bit, this was all she needed: his warm arms wrapped around her small body and she could take on the whole world.

Finn stood up from the bed and quickly slipped on a hoodie, he also took one for his girlfriend. "What are you doing Finnie?" Millie asked while she slipped his Calpurnia hoodie over her head.
Finn didn't say anything, he just grabbed her out of their bed and carried her bridal style to their garden.

He laid her down in the grass. She giggled a bit when she felt the pricky grass on her body. He laid next to her and as he watched the stars, she couldn't keep her eyes of the beautiful human being next to her. She admired every single detail of his face: his beautiful freckles on his pale skin, his messy curls falling perfectly on his face, his big lips that are calling for her to kiss them.

Finn felt Millies eyes on him so he looked at her. He immediately got lost in her beautiful big hazel brown eyes.

And ofcourse, she got lost in his.

Millie looked up at the sky and started thinking about how her world would be if she'd never met Finn or how it would be if she lost him forever, like she did before.

Empty.

Numb.

Incomplete.

I'm not saying that my life was meaningless before he claimed the biggest space in my heart, but everything positive in my life has magnified enormously in his presence.

"What are you thinking about stargirl?" Finn asked softly.
Millie didn't answer his question.
"What are you afraid of?" She asked instead.
"I'm afraid of... losing this wonderful life I'm living. I'm afraid of the future. I'm afraid of big crowds. I'm afraid of being alone." He paused for a bit. "But you know what I'm terrified of Mills?"
"I'm terrified of losing you, the love of my life."
I smiled at him as I snuggled into his neck.
"Do you know why Mills? Because you are the reason why my life is so wonderful, you are my future and I can't imagine it without you, you are my safe place even in big crowds. I don't care if we live in a villa, a small cute apartment or even a box under the bridge. AS long as I'm with you I feel safe and complete.
Home is not a place, it's a person. You are my home, my safe place."

Millie looked at here boyfriend in awe. She was a little in shock of what he just said to her.

Finn sat up and so did Millie. There was a big silence, it was comfortable. They're all they need.
Finn kissed Millie on the forehead before standing up and pulling her up from the grass.

"I love you handsome." Millie whispered before kissing him passionately.

"I love you too stargirl."
