CHAPTER 5

The Finale

3 years later, Elerie finally move to Europe for good. She decided to move her museum to Europe. We all know that it was Elerie's dream to stay in Europe for good. Europe becomes her motivation in everything.

Charlton flew to Europe for some projects and he didn't thought that they will cross paths. Right after 3 months it was finally the Grandopening of Elerie's museum. Elerie's co-workers was there and so Charlton. Elerie was surprised to see Charlton after so many years. He was happy to see Elerie successful.

"Oh Charl, you came!" Elerie said to Charlton

"Ofcourse, I wouldn't miss this kind of event in your life."

After the Grandopening, Elerie invited Charlton to have some coffee. They discuss everything they went through and talk about their dreams they have reached. It feels like nothing changed. Charlton said to Elerie " I hope Europe holds you, hope it holds you like I do". Elerie's tears flowed again because she remembered last winter when they would drive around and share experiences and talk about life.

***"How did you cope up with everything?" Asked Elerie

•••"You know Eli, at first it was a painful iourney for me. Waking up everyday feeling empty is so tiring and disappointing. Figuring out how to move on is one of the most difficult transitions in my life. And while each of us moves on in our own way and on our own time, one truth is that we all face this challenge at some point in our lives. We cannot run away from it. There is mo easy way. You need to get through to it.•••

The first step that I did to feel better is to cut contact. Before you do anything, and I mean anything else, you need to cut contact with the person. Second is be with what you're feeling. Third is practice forgiveness. Learn to forgive because it will give you peace of mind. Fourth is to understand the grieving process. I know it's pretty ugly but eventually it is worth it. Fifth is to take all the time you need. There is no need to rush okay? One step at a time. Lastly to make everything better you need Acceptance. This lessons helped me to become the best version of my self." ***

Elerie replied to Charlton " I hope you're happy, you know that you'll always have me."

After talking for a couple of hours, they seperate ways and wave to each other. They were happy to see each other successful and contented.
