I had just finished putting my pajamas on when I got a FaceTime call from Finn. Of course, I answered.
"Sup, Finny Boi!" I smiled. "Hey, Y/n!!" Finn smiled back. Finn and I have been friends since, like, the 1st grade, we've been really close, we would trust each other with our lives.
"How's your day going?" He asked. I shrugged. "Eh, it was okay I guess. Nothing really interesting happened." I replied.
"Well, it's a good thing I called then." Finn said. "Yeah, I was lonely today." I laughed.
There was a long silence the I realized I needed to finish getting ready for bed. "Come on Finn, I'm taking you to the bathroom so I can brush my teeth." I smile, pick up my phone and head to the bathroom.
"Okay then!" He says. This is mostly how our FaceTimes went, just doing our own things and enjoying each other's company.
As I'm brushing my teeth I, only look away for, like, 5 seconds then look back at my screen to see Finn making this face at me:

I lose it and quickly spit out the toothpaste in my mouth and start laughing. "Finn...I look away for five seconds then I see that!!" I laugh.
Finn laughs, throwing his head back. "Sorry, I had to!" I roll my eyes and put my toothbrush away.
"Well, Finny Boy, you look very fancy." I then lose it and Finn just looks at me. "What?!" I ask calming down.
"Nothing, it's just funny when we are quiet for one second then the other we're dying of laughter." Finn explains. "Yeah.." I say and give him a small smile.
"I'm really glad we've known each other for this long." Finn says. "Me too, Finn." I say back.
"Well, I should probably go and get ready for bed too." Finn says. "Okay."
"Good night, Y/n." Finn smiles. "Goodnight, Finn. Talk to you tomorrow."
I press end and get into my bed, feeling very happy that I have someone like Finn as my best friend.
