The Outcasts

Everyone knows that I don't fit in. Even my own parents so, lucky me, they are transferring me to some secret private school. Mom says that people like me go to this school and I'll better off there because I won't be in her or my dads hair.

The worst part about it is that I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to know anyone at this stupid school. Sure I'm going to have my phone but it's not like I can do anything on it because they are only letting me have music and games on my phone.

I was snooping around my parents room trying to find my Xbox when I found some paperwork in my dads desk. It was paperwork for the school that they are sending me to. "What the.... I'm not crazy, I just don't fit into this towns bullshit. Wait, why do they have paperwork for Zoey?? She's not even their kid they can't even do that." So me being me I took pictures of the paperwork to show Zoey. After taking the pictures I put them back and go to my room.

Okay so I forgot to mention the fact that Zoey is my one and only friend, we are the only "weird" ones in the town and she practically lives with me. We have been best friends since we were in 1st grade and haven't been able to get rid of each other.

Mom and dad told me that I leave in about a week and I'm not coming back ever again so I'm pretty much parentless, not that they were really parents to me anyways. I have to go turn my textbooks into school and clean my locker out.

I don't even like this town or the people here so I'm not going to miss anyone or anything that is here, much less the school. The town is just filled with stuck up people that think that they have something going for them.

I have been stuck in this town for 16 years with only one friend. Needless to say I'm ready to leave this town, but I'm just not sure about this school that no one knows about. Plus if it's such a secret private school how do my parents know about it, much less have me and Zoey enrolled? I'm honestly super confused about it all, and I have so many questions about the whole situation.

So here I am walking to Zoey's house so that we can walk to school together. Walking to school has always been my favorite thing because 1) I get to walk with Zoey and 2) it's the only time that we can do anything without getting bitched at because we are "embarrassing, and effecting our families reputations"

"Hey Zoe, do you know anything about this? And also why are my parents enrolling you too?" She looked at the pictures and it looked like she already knows. "I already know about the school Bel-" I cut her off "AND YOU DIDN'T TELL ME?!?" "Bella, I just found out this morning. Also the only reason that they can enroll me is because your parents are adopting me." All I did was stare at her like she has grown two heads.

I didn't even notice that we arrived at school because I was so zoned out thinking about everything that is happening within the next week. The school bell interrupted my thoughts with Zoey pulling my arm we got to turn our books in and clean our locker. After we are finished we get food and end up walking to my house.

When we get to my house we go upstairs and start packing my stuff. I don't have a lot of stuff so it didn't take that long to pack, I just suck at packing. After we were done packing at my house we head to Zoey's and pack everything and bring it back to my house so that my mom can send it to the school. While we are walking back to my house, Zoey explains to me that her parents want nothing to do with her so they talked to my parents because she's always at my house.

When we get to my house we end up taking showers and go to the store to get candy. We end up laying in my room and watching Netflix for the next week because we had nothing else to do.
