"Nevaeh, say hello to Ashton."

It was a dream, a bittersweet dream that had finally come to an end. When we were going we would run around the playground until our heart's content. It only seems like yesterday when we met in that playground, our mothers introducing us hoping we would become friends. The thought was sweet, but the aftermath is bitter.

"Hello, Ashton."

Our introduction was not what brought us together, it was our differences. We were not ones to be social to outsiders, we were ones to completely ignore anyone that tries to come up to us without notice. Our similarities drive is apart.

"Ashton, say hello to Nevaeh."

When I was younger, I never thought we were going to stay friends, we had too much on common and it got boring for me.

"Hello, Neveah."

Never bothering to mend our "friendship" was my mistake and I will forever regret it. If I had given Ashton a better chance our lives could have turned out different, maybe better than it is now, but it's too late to fix anything now.

"Goodbye Ashton."

This is basically a bonus chapter, I felt bad that I posted nothing during the Christmas break because of my procrastination so I thought of this idea six days ago and decided to add it to the story.

I will try to add another chapter within the next week or two.

Anyway, Happy late New Year and Merry very late Christmas!
