Living on the outskirts of a mysterious, unusual town famously known as: 'Zibs,' there lived a surprisingly common High-School boy with short, messy brunette hair and hazel brown eyes who was given the name: Delilio. He had pretty pale skin and his biggest insecurity, a crooked nose. He lived with his mum who had sandy coloured hair and also twinned with hazel brown eyes. In a very underpopulated town and a strangely named place, you probably wouldn't imagine there to be regular human beings living in such a place butttt.... they do. It's a lot like earth but also not really a lot like earth if you get where i'm coming from. Until after this event took place, the humans thought the place was completely normal with no rare activity. By rare activity I mean as in, for example, nobody was flying, animals weren't respawning and the sun wasn't green, (they did not happen in this story, well one of them may have but that's not the point.)
Delilio's mother had divorced her husband after 14 years, a year after Delilio's birth, and that has really upset and effected them mentally (his mother the most) but they greatly overcome this hurdle together. Not long after they happily introduced a new member of the family when Delilio was only ten years old - he's fourteen now. The new addition was a minuscule puppy called Pedro. He was a cheeky, little, floofy, grey chihuahua with a white chest marking; Delilio absolutely adored him. The pup had a unique, darker shade of gray in the shape of a diamond on his back, at least if you ever lose him, you will always know if he's yours or not depending on his back marks ;p .
They've grew up together as best buds ever since, they cuddled, played fetch, ate, even bathed together. They not long after had (which didn't surprise anyone) been diagnosed with separation anxiety which was discovered after a little incident one morning leaving for school after the summer holidays. This had happened when Delilio was only 12 years old. Separation anxiety is when you are emotionally attached to someone or something and could cause distress when you are not together with that object, person or animal. It is a tough thing to tackle but Pedro and Delilio are battling it like champs, it can be hard at times but that doesn't stop them from being their goofy little selves. Delilio's mother had to beg and beg the school to accept his 'condition' and let Delilio bring his best friend to school; the school didn't believe her at first but after seeing the doctor's note they eventually gave in and accepted the request. He has grown up to become a strong high school boy and has never left Pedro's side. Until one day...
