CHAPTER TWO: BEAUTIFUL

"OUT OUT OUT!" JENNA yelled at her older brother, trying to shove his shirtless body out of her room. she was trying to fix her room up for beverly before she would get there in a matter of hours. jacob scoffed was she could barely move him from how petite she was compared to him. she stood at 5'1 while he stood at 6'1.
"god, you have the strength of a two year old" he snickered when he barely scooted towards the door. she let out a frustrated sigh as she tried shoving him with her shoulder instead of her hands. a groan escaped when she felt his hard chest collide with her frail bones.
she just opened her bedroom door and pointed out into the hallway, now irritated with his behavior. "just get out, jacob, you birdbrain" she insulted, a meant to be angry but in fact was adorable, expression covered her face. he snorted and held his hands up in defense pushing her face back into the wall as he walked out.
"fine, loser. i'll let you fix up your room for your girlfriend" he teased. "she's just a friend, you twat" her blushy cheeks said otherwise to her words. beverly was just a friend, that's all she'll ever be. jenna sucked in a deep breath as she began to deep clean her entire room for the redheads arrival.
she vacuumed her carpet floor, organized her vinyl albums by color, dusted off her little white shelfs for the many books she read in her free time. it was her mission to make her room look as neat and in place as possible. she lit a vanilla scented candle and placed on her light blue painted wooden nightstand.
after what felt like torturous hours passed by, she had finished getting her room prepared. as she checked the time, she had one more hour left before the beautiful beverly marsh would be here to hang out with her. jenna rummaged through her wardrobe, all of her tops, sweaters and crop tops to the ground with a loud groan.
"mom!!" she shouted with a long whine after. then rushing footsteps were heard as her mom opened her daughters bedroom door. her pink lips went down into a pout as she motioned to the clothes on the floor. "help." she begged. lisa chuckled at her daughters dismay, grabbing what to jenna was a perfect out fit out of her drawers. it was like magic how her mom chose them with ease.
her jaw dropped as her mother berid her floors from her clothes and placed them back in her drawers and on the hangers. lisa patted jenna's head and pecked her cheek.
"close your mouth, honey, you'll catch flies" she chuckled when she did and her cheeks turned pink. she gave her mom a shy smile before thanking her. she fixed her hair until a middle part with a yellow headband. her perfect outfit for her was a lemon yellow shorts with a white turtleneck, tucked into those shorts. she put on her small hoops and brushed her shorts down to even out the wrinkles.
