Soobin sighed as he closed his locker.
The end of the week had finally reached, and Soobin wanted nothing more then to go home and rest.

Soobin wasn't gonna be able to hang out with Beomgyu this weekend because Beomgyu had explained that his cousins usually visited on the weekends. And Beomgyu was always occupied keeping them company.

Soobin didn't protest against it though, that just met more sleep for him.

Soobin walked out of the school and started making his way home. Of course he stopped by a local corner store and grabbed some snacks.

Soobin stared at the choices of drinks while already looking down at the chips he had. Soobin finally chose a drink and went to the front go pay. Soobin sighed to himself as he walked out if the store and started making his way home.

Yeonjun, who was chilling out by the store. Saw Soobin and smiled. While Yeonjun wanted nothing more then to follow Soobin, a part of him was telling him it would be a bad idea.

But he didn't care, because pretty soon he started following Soobin.

After a while of Soobin thinking to himself and thinking about what he wanted to do for the weekend. He noticed how the sound of someone else walking behind him.

At first he paid no mind to it, that was until he made a turn and the mystery person was still following him. Soobin groaned and stopped dead in his tracks and so did the stalker.

Soobin turned around and looked at Yeonjun, who looked like a dear caught in head lights.

"Ugh, what do you want??" Soobin asked while tilting his head.

"I...I have no idea what you're talking about" Yeonjun said as he turned his head. "You've been following me" Soobin stated while pointing at Yeonjun.

"No, we just so happen to be going the same way" Yeonjun said with a huffed as he crossed his arms.

"I've been walking this way for a week, and not once have I seen you walking the same way" Soobin said as he walked closer to Yeonjun.

"Okay and..I'm trying out a different route" Yeonjun said as he looked down. "Are you stalking me??" Soobin asked as he squinted his eyes.

"What!...no" Yeonjun said with a slight look of fear in his eyes. "You sound a little hesitant Yeonjun" Soobin said with a sharp tone.

"Hey shut up you idiot!" Yeonjun said as he shoved Soobin back.

Soobin scoffed and dropped his bag and took off his book bag.

"What are you doing—"

Yeonjun couldn't finish his sentence before he was punched square in the cheek.

Yeonjun stumbled back as he quickly grabbed his cheek that was starting to bruise.

Yeonjun felt his breath get choppy as he stared at Soobin who stared back at him his mean eyes.

"I..I" Yeonjun stuttered as tears started to form. Yeonjun squeezed his eyes shut to stop the tears. But the pain in cheek was so unfamiliar, It hurts so bad.

So Yeonjun started to cry.

Soobin's eyes went wide as he watched Yeonjun ball his eyes out right in front of him. "...Are you crying?" Soobin asked as watched Yeonjun sniff.

Yeonjun started to say things that Soobin couldn't understand. "What?" Soobin asked as he leaned in closer.

"Y-You're a big...a big MEANIE!!" Yeonjun said before he moved his hand from his cheek. Soobin's eyes went wide when the sight of Yeonjun red/ purple bruise came to sight.

"I'm sorry" Soobin said as Yeonjun previous words rang through his head.

"You punched m-me for no reason" Yeonjun said in between his cries.

"I'm..I'm sorry okay" Soobin said as he started to think about what he should do.

"Look! You can have my chips hm?" Soobin said as he grabbed his chips and handed them to Yeonjun.

Yeonjun took big breaths in between his cries as  he took the bag of chips from Soobin's hand.

"And look, my house is right there. I can give you an ice pack..you can even have it..hows that sound?" Soobin asked as he picked his things back up.

Yeonjun nodded as Soobin put his hand on Yeonjun back. They started to walk to Soobin's house.

Once they were instead, Soobin lead them to his kitchen and went to the freezer and grabbed an ice pack.

"Here" Soobin said quietly as he walked up to yeonjun. Soobin gently put the ice pack on Yeonjun's bruise. Yeonjun hissed and grabbed Soobin's hand with his own two.

"It hurts" Yeonjun mumbled while he looked up at Soobin with puppy eyes.

Soobin bit his lip as he looked down. "I'm sorry mhk..I didn't think you'd react like this" Soobin mumbled as his bit his lip.

Yeonjun looked away from Soobin. yeonjun noticed how his hands were still on Soobin's and tried not to smile. Yeonjun's hand looked so tiny compared to Soobin's.

"Why..do you act like that?" Soobin questioned As he eyed yeonjun.
"I...it's a long story..." Yeonjun said as he sniffed.

"I have time.." Soobin said as he stood up straighter. Yeonjun looked up at Soobin before he sighed. "When I was younger I got bullied for the color clothes I wearied. I use to get jumped and called names. They even started calling me a girly girl when I went to school with pink nail polish." Yeonjun started off.

"I continued to try and not care, but as I got older..the words got more harsh and mean..and the fights became more brutal..So before I went back to school one day. My auntie took me to go and get all these dark colored clothes. And we had both agreed that maybe if I changed the way I dressed..then no one would bully me any more" Yeonjun said before he looked up at Soobin.

Soobin blinked down at Yeonjun as they stared at each other. "I didn't know" Soobin said with a hush voice.

"No one does.." Yeonjun said back as one of his fingers laced around one of Soobin's finger.

"I'm sorry.." Soobin said as he stood back. "It's okay...you didn't know." Yeonjun said with a sad tone.

"I..." Soobin started. He felt the gears in his head move as he thought of what he could do.

And then a light bulb clicked on.

"Let's be friends"
