It's lunch time and it's been a month since we went to that café. School is loads of stress.

Kumain kami ni Cielo sa cafeteria. I ordered Carbonara and I didn't know what she ordered. XD

I checked my phone and there's a message from Ivan.
If you're wondering how's it been between us, well... he continues to text me. Sometimes he calls. And he never fails to make me feel this butterflies, electric current, etc.

"Joanna, you're smiling again. You know, simula ng makilala kita, ngayon lang kita nakita na hindi nag'fefake smile." "But I smile at you." I know that's a lie. I'm not this happy kid at school. Eversince. "No you don't. Pero hindi ko dinidibdib yun. I understand what you're going through here in school. Kaya okay lang sakin. Atleast you're still my friend." "Sorry Ciel. I know I'm always passive. But you don't know how much I'm thankful kasi natatagalan mo 'ko." Then we laughed. For the first time, I laughed a sincere one here at school.
"So back to business, sino ang nagpapasaya sayo?" "What?" Then I gave her my most innocent face. "Lagi kitang nahuhuli. Everytime you look at your phone, you immediately smile. So sino yan?" Okay, might as well tell her. Tutal, hindi ko na rin naman kayang itago to sa self ko. Sasabog ako. XD "Well, I met this guy last summer." Then she squeaked. "Hush! And ano...yeah... Crush ko sya." "Omg dalaga ka na!" "WTF Ciel!" Then she laughed while I turn crimson. "C'mon tell me more!" "Okay, okay."

School ended and my mom texted me.

Baby, meet us at Victorino's later. 6:30pm. Love you.
Umuwi muna ako to prepare. Maybe bumabawi nanaman sila kasi wala na kaming family time. Oh well...
I arrived 15 mins late and the waiter escorted me to one of their private rooms. Ganito kasi palagi gusto ni daddy, yung kaming tatlo lang. Eh sana sa bahay na lang kami kumain. Di ba?
The waiter opened the door and I saw my parents. They were laughing and talking to another couple, maybe, and I entered finally.
"Hi mom, dad." I kissed their cheeks and I sat beside them.
"This is my daughter, Joanna. Joanna meet Mr. And Mrs. Romero." "Hi po." "Lovely. Nice to meet you dear. :)"
I wasn't paying attention to what they're saying. My eyes are fixed to the guy in front of me. He's looking down like he's pretending to ignore me.
"Baby..." Mom said. "Joanna, meet your fiancé." Dad continued.
"Louie?!" I exclaimed.
"Hi. Joanna."
