Looks - They have dark skin, as well as mildly swirly yellow eyes. They have their hair in a very thick and very short bun. They wear a yellow one piece swimsuit with overalls over it, and well as sandals and a mask resembling swimming goggles. Their arms are reminiscent of garden hoses, with their green color and rubbery texture.
Backstory - They got their ARMS at 13, and have been honing their skills in order to get in the international league and win the Grand Prix so they can get easier acess to fresh water for their village.
