Breaking Hearts

Lloyd realized Nya had fallen asleep when he looked at the girl he had a crush on. The girl who was heartbroken. He wanted to tell her how he felt when she awoke, but knew he couldn't. It was too soon. The time wasn't right just yet. Lloyd grabbed the remote, careful not to wake up Nya, and turned off the TV. He set the remote down and drifted off into a nap.

Nya woke up to a loud noise. She couldn't tell what it was. She looked up to see Lloyd sleeping peacefully as she rested her head on his lap. She blushed as she carefully movers her head and snuck out of her room. She walked into the kitchen and saw Kai attempting to cook something.

"What cha making?" Nya asked curiously. Kai looked at her in surprise. Not only was he suprised she was up, but he was astonished to he her not crying. Most of the time she cried since the incident.

"I am making cheesecake for a party Skylor and I are going to," he said. She looked at him, kinda hurt. She thought he was going to help her plan, being that the funeral was only a few days away. She nodded and started to head back to her room. Kai saw the but expression on her face and walked over to her. He hugged her, but she didn't hug him back like normal. She pushed him away and walked to a cabinet. She opened it, pulled out the entire box of granola bars and walked back to her room. Forgetting that Lloyd was in there, she came in, closed the door and started to kick things on the floor.

Zane got out of bed after a long night of thinking rather than sleeping. It wasn't like he needed the sleep being an android and all. He got up, and walked to the kitchen. He decided it would be a good idea to make everyone breakfast. He pulled out some eggs, spices, and bread to make everyone french toast.

Pixal walked into the kitchen as Zane began to cook the first batch. She looked at him impressed. It was rare for Zane to make average breakfasts. Usually he made pancakes, omlets and bacon for one meal. But he was making basic french toast. She sat down at the kitchen table with something on her mind.

"It's for Nya, right?" She asked. He turned to face her with a look of sympathy on his face. She knew how he felt though. She wanted to help her just as bad. She got up from the table and hugged him. He couldn't help but hug back.

"I feel bad for her..." Zane started to say as an alarm went off.

Lloyd woke up to the sound of a crack. He looked to see a broken Nya kicking cloths and stuff around the room. The crack was from a picture of her and Jay they fell as a shirt knocked it off the desk it rested on. He got out of the bed and walked over to Nya. Her rage turned into sadness as she saw the broken picture.she fell into Lloyd's arms and sobbed. Lloyd walked over to the bed and sat down with her.

"You want to talk to me about what happened?" Lloyd asked the sobbing girl. She shook her head. She didn't want to talk about anything anymore. She thought about how she believed she was betraying Jay by spending time with Lloyd. She definitely developed feelings for him, but she didn't want to betray Jay. She pushed Lloyd away. She stood up as the alarm went off.

Lloyd and Nya ran to the training area and met up with Cole, Zane, and Pixal. Kai and Skylor walked in afterwards. Wu came over to us with a look of concern on his face.

"There was a break in at Borg Tower." Wu said. They all looked at Wu with surprise. Borg Tower hadn't been fixed since before the whole Garmadon resurrection incident. What could possibly be left there? No one could think of what it could be. Everyone suited up and began to head out.
