A/N: (Song above will be used during this story, I'll let u know when to play it :))

My fingers felt like lightning as the typed as fast as sonic on my phone screen. My friend was talking to me about how she found someone with the same mark as her, aka her soulmate. It felt so early but at the same time this should've been around the time you should find your soulmate. It really depends though overall.
She rambled on about how she dropped her pen on the ground at the coffee shop she was at and a man helped her grab it before she did. She noticed he had a similar mark around the area she had it and she had to stop him.

People getting stopped and to make sure there soulmate mark is there's or not isn't unusual around people so she didn't mind asking him. Turns out they did and she was in joy while he was in shock. Of course he was happy after she described, just shocked that's all.
They talked for hours and they traded numbers before they left.

It sounded like a fairy tale to you.

(Play the song above ^^)

You fixed your skirt in the mirror quickly before you left. Was my hair okay?? Did I look paranoid? No. Was I though? Yes.

I got an email back about the job I filed out for. Thank god I put my email in there, they said they wanted an interview. If I left in 45 seconds I wouldn't be late. I sped out the door with my bag in hand and phone in other. I decided to walk since I got out kinda earlier than I thought that I did since it wasn't too far.
I checked my phone once again for probably the 50th time that day. God I was so nervous. I almost felt the sweat drip off my hands and my knees felt shaky plus clammy.

I sped walked over as quickly as possible. I knew I wasn't gonna be late and no one would be in front of me since no one usually filed to work there but it's still good to be early.

30 seconds. I passed by the Small coffee shop my friend claimed to have met her soulmate at. 10 seconds. I shakily walked down the street going through the park. The small kids around elementary school age ran around past me and up the jungle gym and played happily. Sometimes I missed those days.

I snapped out of my thoughts and kept walking quickly in my small high heels. God why did I wear high heels. They feel like Satan spawned in my shoe and had a party. Not a fun one.

60 seconds.

I lost my train of thought and didn't pay attention to the fact a young boy around my age was (who was also not paying attention but also on his phone) was about to bump right into me.

My high heel shoe finally made its finally performance for me and it made its last wobble before I fell right into the boy.

10 seconds.
